They hire awful drivers. In the rain this guy tried to sideswipe us only to go another half mile and take the next exit. High-beams on and swerving in traffic. USDOT 2454991. Truck number 19. I have more video but i can only upload so much.

All of the crew, especially Terry are very dependable. My family would not use any other company.

I just wanted to shout out Brandon from Quality Lawn Care. This guy is top notch and so informational. My lawn has never looked better! He not only treats the lawn with perfection but also educates me on some things I should be doing to help the overall health of my lawn and flower beds!

My neighbor started using their services four years ago. I watched their lawn grow into a lush green yard. I jumped on the bandwagon the following year. Beware this company will come back even if you don’t ask them to do your yard. We had used this company the last year and paid the full amount upfront. We got ONE PIECE OF MAIL asking to renew and we did NOT send it back in. They show up today and charge us. My husband called and the lady says they send emails and several notifications. Again we got ONE PIECE OF MAIL. He asked why they didn’t call and she said it was because we weren’t on the “call list”. I call BS. So just buyer beware if you signed up once and apparently do not call and tell them to never come back they will just show up!

This is my first full year with Quality All-Care Lawn Services. I’ve been doing my own lawn care for the past few years since I built my home and decided to let someone take over this chore. Quality Care was the first company I called for information and after speaking with Nancy, I didn’t need to call anyone else. She was so polite, helpful, and a pleasure to talk with. Kevin H. has been my service technician and does a great job! So, a big shout out to Kevin! My lawn has never looked better. I’ve gotten several compliments from the neighbors about how good my grass looks. I don’t post a lot of reviews, however, this company has been top notch, and I would definitely recommend them if you are considering lawn care.

After using this service for several years on different properties, I always recommended them to friends and neighbors. Unfortunately, I can no longer do that after today’s experience. They advertise a 90-day payment plan, but failed to mention that the customer must set it up themselves. I emailed them three times asking why the payment hadn’t been withdrawn and never got a clear answer. It felt misleading and unclear. Today, after emailing again, the owner (Nancy) called me and was rude and argumentative. I told her to charge the full amount and cancel my service. Very disappointing experience.

So I called (which was a joke to whoever I talked to) and got the same answer and run around about how “all” lawn care company’s just continue service without a phone call unless you say so! So be AWARE they will just show up without a call leave a bill I didn’t agree to and just charge you for a service you may or may not need! I would definitely not have the lady answering the phone trying to talk through your negative reviews but anyway I will tell everyone in my neighbor on the Nextdoor app not to use your company! Thanks for resolving nothing!

Joey was very punctual on his arrival at my home. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to visit with me about the service he performed which was applying pre emergent crab grass prevention plus fertilizer. This is my 5th year using Quality All Care and I am very happy with their services.

Decided to go another direction with my project, but had a really positive experience meeting Chad and discussing solutions for my complex drainage problem.

Used this lawn service to replace grass (new sod) in front yard, put in irrigation & mulch. Took only 2.5 days and bid was best by a couple hundred dollars. Front yard looks like carpet! Will use again if needed.

We had a previous retaining wall that had fallen apart. After coming by and giving us an estmate, they started promptly on the rebuild. The workers also kept the area clean each day. Would highly recommend!

The owner will message you at 2am and harass you and can't take criticism. He messed up our back porch and left and now has blocked me.
He's very unprofessional and he will brag about having 1200 happy customers but then he literally ripped us off.

Highly recommended for being the professionals in the field of the underground sprinkler system business. With quality and customer service as their benchmark, they may not be the biggest in the lawn sprinkler industry, but they are the best.
