They actually came earlier than expected and in and out pretty quick. Only 30 minutes to put my entire hard media cabinet together. Justin was very polite, prompt and did a very good job. I recommend this company highly 👍

Very disappointed with the work done for us in our bathroom. Seems they wanted to get in and out real quick, leaving behind a trail of unsatisfactory work behind. Had to call them back to fix it right. We are still having a problem with a wall they should have repaired, before and after pictures included. Before picture is gray wall, after picture is yelllow. We have tried contacting Conner to come back and fix this as there is a one year warranty, which does not expire until April, 2026, to no avail. He does not respond to our calls or texts.

Very poor customer service. No one seems to know what is going on at this company. Filled out online to get quote for some tile work, set up an appointment time for today 1:00. They told us somebody would be reaching out to us to give us a quote yesterday.Heard nothing and no one showed up today either. Connor and Stacia were the names given. Totally ghosted us take our business elsewhere.

Loved working with Stacia, Conner and especially Roberto. Very polite and made sure to clean the mess after each day. Work was completed on time and communication was great. 100% recommend.

I so appreciate Handyman Connection of Shawnee! They can do all the house repairs and projects and work that we need, and have put off because it’ll be complicated, or the flip side, my husband and/or I could do it ourselves (if we only had the time). We started with patching a wall, and as it happens that wall needed even more patching than we thought and Connor was able to take care of it!
This company is low stress, just getting the work done and, even better, communicating with us.
We have a list of projects and now I know they’re going to get done, no worries that it’s too small or hard to schedule.

Connor, Justin, and Stacia were a pleasure to work with. Once we were able to problem solve after a few conversations, a tricky ceiling project turned out better than we expected! It looks like there was never a problem to begin with. We are making our list to call back for several other projects we have. Handyman Connection was easy to communicate with and got the job done at the right price.

I had two finished attic rooms in my 1910 that were in desperate need of TLC before replacing carpet. Being an old home with lengthy DIY history, I was looking at trim work, reframing/replacing/installing several doors & attic access panels, and tons of patching on textured walls before I'd be able to paint — much more than I wanted to take on in a short time frame.

After being strung along and ghosted by another remodeling crew for weeks, Handyman Connection saved the day, offering to complete the entire set of work for a reasonable price! Finalizing the scope of work, estimates, and start date was a bit of an arduous process, taking a few weeks, several emails, and lots of waiting, but this could be explained by the holiday season and everybody being busy. Once we got a start date, the subcontractor Roberto & his helper were very efficient, prompt/communicative, and got my project done within a week.

Upon final walk through, however, I discovered the job was rushed (poor prep, texture overspray, inadequate paint coverage, missed spots, rough lines, etc.) and that a cheap, builder/landlord grade paint was used on both the walls & trim. Fortunately, Connor is a good business owner, and was eager/willing to stand by his work & make things right. We settled on proper paint/trim products that were aligned with the "tier" specified on my estimate, and Roberto came out on the following Saturday/Sunday to repaint everything. The difference was night and day, so it was definitely a matter of rushing/materials, not anybody's skill!

Overall, I would absolutely use Handyman Connection again. Connor & Roberto have been may favorite folks to work with on house projects to date, and the end result was about everything I hoped for.

If you are in need of a handyman, Jacob is the right choice! Ive used many people over the years and hands down he is the best!

Great company to work with! They did an awesome job. They replaced three bathroom faucets, the kitchen sink faucet, installed two ceiling fans w/remote kits in our kids rooms, installed a remote kit on and existing ceiling fan in the master bedroom and installed an outdoor patio light on the back patio. All in one day. They will come back to put together a swing we purchased for our kids too. Very reasonably priced and will definitely use again!

Great people to work with. Contacted them to come out and install my new facet in my kitchen. I purchased it off amazon and they came out and took care of it! Great job and done in a timely manor. I would recommend them and I actually do all the time.
