Nick and team did a fairly extensive remodel on 2/3 of my home that included all the first level flooring, a wall removal to open up the kitchen to the living room, new window and other miscellaneous framing, drywall, painting/staining, stairs, railing, and a stand up shower. Not to mention all the smaller moves with electrical, plumbing, and hvac that were seemly small but made the project all that more special.
Nick worked with me to identified a few critical issues early on and when the inevitable issues arose he provided options that we discussed to get to the best solution for my design and budget. Nick and his subs collaborated with my cabinet builder to work through the overlapping scope areas and all were flexible and provided insightful input. The end product was was an incredibly successful project that was completed in a very reasonable timeframe.

We hired this company out to investigate the problem after a pipe burst. They arrived at our house soon, and everyone was very professional. We strongly advise making use of them.

I was told that I needed expensive foundation work that would cost thousands of dollars by two different foundation businesses. In addition to being very helpful and knowledgeable, the staff was delighted to walk me through the evaluation process. Despite the house's low placement, they told me it was stable and had remained the same for a decade. They stated that while some piers may be erected, they weren't actually necessary. Their prices were less than half of what I had charged before. I would suggest that anyone considering foundation work first obtain a quote from this business.

Sunday early afternoon my kitchen sink is backed up and has standing water on both sides. Did an online search and called 10 different plumbers knowing it would be hard to get someone out on a Sunday.

Even though A Ability Discount Plumbing is closed on Sundays he did answer his phone and was honest that since it is his day off, he can't come until the following day. That being said he took the time to 1) refer me to other plumbers who he knew were open on Sundays 2) give me a some phone numbers on plumbers who work hourly and may be willing to come out on a Sunday 3) took the time to listen to what was wrong with my kitchen sink and give me suggestions on how to possibly solve the kitchen sink problem myself depending on my level of DIY (which is zero)

Before calling his referrals, I tried one of his plumbing techniques and woo hoo, I sure did fix the backed up sink by myself. Saved time, not having to spend the rest of the day waiting on a plumber to come to my house. Saved money by never paying Anthony Plumbing's $120 service fee just to come out and look at the problem, plus actual cost of fixing the problem.

Was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and up front with pricing. Attempted to help me solve the problem over the phone prior to coming out, and fixed several minor issues under our kitchen sink in addition to replacing a defective valve. He also fixed it all for less than the other guy’s leak fee. Would recommend to anyone. Great plumber and a great person.
