I have been using Santa Fe for maintenance on my HVAC system for a couple years and decided to use them for a new furnace and water heater. From the initial estimate visit to the day of installation I had nothing but friendly, honesty, and transparent experiences. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things. We had issues with our furnace. Dean came out and was able to get it fixed. It had been a fuse. I will need to eventually change the capacitor. I will definitely use them again for all of my heating and cooling needs.

The Sante Fe team always does a great job. Timely, respectful, and very friendly. We have used them for several years now and recommend them whenever someone asks for a recommendation. Great service overall.

We scheduled a repair visit online the night before and Graham arrived well within the selected timeframe. He got right to troubleshooting the issue and testing the system and identified a bad blower motor. He did thoroughly check the rest of the system and found no other issues.

Thankfully, he had a new motor in his vehicle and was able to replace it on that visit and the system was fully operational in about 45 minutes.

Mike Charlson, the Service technician, was excellent. He took the time to show me the issues with my heating unit and discussed them in detail. He also gave me options and costs, including his recommendations. He was so informative and knowledgeable. I did not at all feel any pressure to buy anything. I was really impressed with him and the company.

Graham replaced the solenoid to restore the function of our humidifier. He ran a combustion test on the furnace to confirm its burner was functioning properly. He replaced the humidifier and HVAC filters and adjusted the dampers to optimize winter HVAC operations. He did a great job.

We needed a new thermostat. Mike researched and found that we were under guarantee and it did not cost us anything. He installed the new one and then did our maintenance check.
Mike is very professional and thorough.

Ian & Dustin were my Technicians today.
They installed an Aprilaire 600 Humidifier & a Ultra Max UV. They arrived early 8:30am and professionally completed the work before noon. I'm very impressed with their work and the great results at a very fair price. I had been enjoying the Santa Fe air conditioning system in my current house for the past 13 years. About six years ago, i faced an issue with the cooling system, which i had repaired through my private insurance. since then i have not experienced any notable problems with either cooling or heating.
A few days ago, i had a complete inspection of my air conditioning unit carried out by a technician from Santa Fe air conditioning. The technician Mr. Mike thoroughly inspected the entire system and assured me that my unit is working perfectly and there is currently no risk of any problems.

I’ve been using Santa Fe for my heating/cooling maintenance for 5 years. All of the technicians have been great. I have had Mike the past two times and he is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly so I can understand. And he was very friendly towards my two dogs when they wanted to say hi:)

Dean Mikesell, the service technician, was able to quickly find and fix the furnace not running problem. He let me know the other issues my old furnace had. He throughly explained them and gave me options and prices if I wanted to fix them. I never felt any pressure to buy anything. I am impressed with him and the company.

Dave Matthews is one of the nicest sales guys I've worked with. Explained everything so well and didn't push for a decision. Truly appreciated his kindness and amazing support throughout the EASY new system install process. Even checked up with us to make sure it was to our liking and wish my wife a happy birthday.
