What a great experience. These folks are on top of their game. After I bungled the power supply on my unit, they were out the next morning , fixed it, cleaned it, tested it....all in less than an hour. Keeping them on speed dial!

After years of fumbling with an old unit, refilling it every spring with outdated coolant, praying it would last the whole season, I took the plunge and had Hickman Htg & Air replace my old A/C with a new Carrier unit. Hickman Heating and Air replaced our furnace and AC. We also had them expand the size of the main return duct. They do excellent work, they left the house clean, were professional in their behavior, and had the lowest bid. Couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and price.

Hickman Heating and Air serviced my furnace in October 2014 before the heating season began. For an additional fee, the technician even got my furnace humidifier to work by clearing the clogged water line with nitrogen. It worked well all winter.

It was easy to schedule the service appointment over the telephone and the on-site technician was competent and friendly.

First, Luke said he’d arrive at 2pm and that is exactly when he arrived. This is rare in the service industry these days. Usually, it’s a four hour window. Thank you for being prompt. We bought our house in the summer of 2014 and there was a Hickman sticker on our furnace so naturally they were my first call when we needed a tune up prior to winter. They knew our system and it's quirks. Since that first tune up I have had them out twice for diagnostic work. In the Summer of 2015 Don came and gave me a comprehensive proposal of what we would need done to have our "dream" HVAC system that would be compatible with our house layout, existing duct work, and house size. Sadly we were not ready to have all of the work done but he gave us several alternatives to fit our budget. We chose to have our AC filled with freon to hold us over and he got our AC up and running before he left. This summer we knew we needed to replace our AC unit and called Hickman. Shirley is always polite and incredibly helpful when you call. Don is equally praise worthy. Although we were not financially able to update the entire system Don came up with custom solutions to make our existing setup work better than before. He explained in detail the changes he wanted to make and their outcomes prior to making the changes as well as walking me through everything when he completed the work. I will be calling them for all of our future needs and wouldn't consider anyone else.

We have loved our experience with Hickman Heating and Cooling. I've been primarily dealing with the owner, Don Hickman. He is very responsive and helped answer all of my questions. He and his team came out promptly to replace our AC Unit and I'm looking forward to using them to replace our furnace later this year! We would highly recommend them!

My husband talked to Don this morning. We were able to schedule an appointment same day, which is Great! Thomas and Adam came out to service our AC/Furnace. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly and professional. Thomas took the time to explain everything to me after the service was complete.
