This is a great family-owned business with people who care about their customers. My 16-year-old furnace stopped three times this winter, the first time on a Saturday when it was 10 below zero. John came out that morning; unfortunately, it had started working again. This happened two more times. He came out and didn’t charge me! I appreciated that he was reluctant to start replacing parts when it was impossible to figure out what was going on since the furnace was always working when he got to my house. I finally decided to replace the unit. It was up and running within three hours.

My furnace stopped working one February weekend. I called Hickman/Home Comfort Heating and Cooling that Monday morning and John Field came out to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours. I had a 26 year old system that I knew was at the end of its life. After discussing all my options, it made sense to get a new furnace and AC. John also helped me apply for financing and figure out a plan that worked best for me. The next day, John’s crew came out and installed both new units. They were polite and professional and completed the job in half a day. John came out soon after to inspect the work and his crew’s work passed with flying colors. I feel very fortunate to have a trusted contact for all my heating or cooling needs I may have in the future.

We were having issues with our AC. They got us on the schedule quickly. The service determined we had issues in key places and we needed a new system. The owner was out that same day to discuss our options and pricing. No pressure, he laid out his recommended items among 2 brands. They were out the next morning and completed the job. Thank you so muck for the quick and personal service. We appreciate job you did!!! This is our go to HVAC company.

John and his team at Home Comfort did a great job! I was given a reasonable quote with several options to replace my furnace. The work was performed in a timely manner on a schedule that they made sure worked for me. The communication, customer service and expertise by John and his team is why I would highly recommend this family owned business.

I’ve been visiting town with my family staying with a family friend. Our friend had a new furnace put in before we arrived. Last night the A/C stopped working and Don came out almost immediately after we called Don this afternoon. He died in the system a d we are now basking in cool air.

A/C stopped working in the heat of a summer day. Woke up on Sunday and realized it wasn’t working. Thought it would be impossible to get a technician out on a Sunday and never imagined it could be repaired that same day, in less than a hour! The owner John came out and had us up and running within an hour! He was very friendly and made us feel like we made the best decision in his company. I highly recommend John and his company for any HVAC needs!

Dean was great, he had our system up and running in no time, and diagnosed an issue that could cause problems later!

Got a last minute appointment and had excellent service. Always a concern that a last minute need could signal a situation where the customer could be taken advantage of. I did not feel this at all. Reasonable pricing and no hard sell or any feeling that extra was being suggested. Just fixed the issue in a professional manner communicating the problem clearly. Would use again!

Of all days it’s 98 degrees and my air conditioner went out yesterday. Sante Fe heating and cooling had installed my unit so I did NOT hesitate in leaving them access to my home due to my job. Later I returned to a nice cool house at a reasonable cost. Thank you Sante Fe and a special thanks to Mike!!!!

I recently had a new heater and A/C unit installed by Santa Fe Air, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and worked efficiently to get everything installed on schedule.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the new system is running perfectly—quiet, efficient, and keeping the home comfortable in every season. I also appreciated how respectful they were of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the job.
