Excellent value and service. Jason is very patient with all of my questions and explains things very well. He's been out to diagnose my pool heat pump, and also diagnose and refill my home heat pump when it was leaking. I really like his attitude and communication.

Jason came to my house on his day off. He immediately found the issue that another company missed. He fixed my unit same day and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a bunch of things that I did not need. He is very fair on pricing. My A/C is working fabulously since his fix.

We have used Johnson County Comfort since May of this year. Jason is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. If you want someone that would be honest and do the job right, Jason’s your guy! I highly recommend this company.

Jason is the best technician around and you're lucky if you're able to find someone like him maintain/repair/replace your system. Honest and always looking out for the customer's best interest. The best compliment I can provide is that I won't use another HVAC technician

He was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through all of the process that he was going to do and even made recommendations for the future. Was not pushy whatsoever.!!!!
We also were super impressed with the value for the amount of money we paid for this service. Definitely will be using them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Jason installed a brand new system including ductwork, returns, furnace, a/c etc. for us and did an excellent job. While installing this he also service another furnace on a different property for us and did not overcharge or upsell us anything we didn’t need. It’s hard to find good reliable companies that still have integrity, while not overcharging for their service. I would highly recommend them for anything HVaC. They certainly have earned our business and we’ll gladly refer them to our friends and family! Thanks again Jason!

Had Jason come by and replace my furnace exhaust pipe and a badly placed furnace gas line. He pointed out a couple of non emergency items that could use some tweaking on the furnace and took care of them as well. Took out an old disconnected water heater and got rid of it for me as well. Seems like a good honest guy, reasonable with prices and most importantly to me is HE ACTUALLY SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD!!! The difficulty of getting any kind of contractor to show up and actually do work these days is ridiculous. Jason actually showed up, was polite and told me exactly what he was going to do, showed me the completed work and left the work area clean when he left. Highly recommend.

Great quality work!. Our condensor got a hole in it and Jason came out every day to top off the freon so we wouldn't run out of A/C until we could replace the unit. Honest work and gave me many options that fit my budget. Thank you for all of the work you done for my family and I. Our A/C is working great now!

He explained the issues and prognosis in depth, and was very honest about what we needed vs what would get us by without trying to upsell. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Jason is the first HVAC guy to come in my house and actually sit down and explain how the system works, how our ducts are laid out, and never made me feel stupid for not knowing these things. He's a great people person and really takes his time. I was never feeling like he was rushed and he made sure I didn't have any other questions before leaving.

Jason and the team at Johnson County Comfort are precisely that and a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Jason came out when everyone else was "too busy" and quickly took care of our issues, and did work that he didn't even charge us for. Jason @ Johnson County Comfort is phenomenal. We have an old boiler system, which fewer and fewer people work on, and I feel genuinely lucky that we found his company. He has helped us out on numerous occasions with our boiler and A/C, and he's always friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced.

If you're like me, you're tired of the big-name contracting companies that just send out salesman to sell you on new and expensive systems. Jason will actually fix what you have rather than pushing to replace them, so I know when the time comes to actually retire our aging systems, I can trust his recommendation.

Johnson County Comfort is fantastic! We have a boiler (radiant heat) which not a lot of technicians service these days, and when it went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, Jason wasted no time in coming out first thing to get us back up and running. The price of the repair was so reasonable compared to what you would pay at Anthony Heating/Cooling or AB May. Within a few hours, our house was nice and toasty again! Jason did a great job of explaining what he was doing and we never felt pressured to pay for services we didn't need/want. I highly recommend Johnson County Comfort and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs moving forward!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Jason came out on a Sunday and got our AC working again, with different options and for a minimal price. We truly appreciate he honesty and that he didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need. If we need a replacement, we will be calling him. He even put up with our unruly large puppy. Highly highly recommend!

Jason arrived on time to provide a tune up
on my furnace. He was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable..He provided an assessment of my furnace in terms of the age of the equipment and normal wear and tear. I was very happy with the price quoted and that he did not try to upsell me on parts or services I did not need.
