The prior homeowner rigged up all our toilets and we noticed this with an expensive water bill. I called up Richard and he was out at our house within the hour. He is very friendly, professional, and quick at diagnosing what the problem is. He fixed all our toilets and was on his way in less than 90 min. We will definitely call him for any future work around the house that may need to be done. So thankful for his expertise!

We are renters and encountered a problem with our hot water heater. He came out and fixed our concerns quickly and the price was MUCH less than what other plumbers wanted to charge us. If you have a plumbing concern, call him. He was nice, clean and efficient.

Definitely 5 STAR service! Richard came out within a couple hours of my phone call. He was able to repair our broken shower faucet/pipe and at a very reasonable rate. Always keeps you informed on the process. He recently replaced a water heater and reconfigured the pipes which, if future repairs were ever needed, would be easy to access. Richard has provided five star services to my home in Overland Park a couple of times. This most recent experience I was attempting to solve my water pressure in my kitchen on my own. When I could not fix the problem I called Richard. He walked me through different solutions over multiple different phone calls all while he was in a crawl space at another location. He helped me to solve the problem and now I have full water pressure in my kitchen again. I could not recommend him enough. He truly goes above and beyond what others professionals in his line of work do.

Richard is definitely a 5 star plumber. Previously, he helped us delay further basement flooding damage by returning our call on a Sunday night and teaching us how to kick the sump pump back into gear after its failure. He arrived the next day and replaced our sump pump for a fair price and expert work. Since then, we have hired him for all of our plumbing needs including installing our recent Costco sink/faucet purchase. He is fair, knowledgeable and kind. We recommend highly.

I called Richard after a referral here in Lenexa Kansas for an issue with our hot water heater (the pilot light would not stay lit). He answered the phone promptly, and let me know he was booked out for the next week. He then took time out of his day to walk me through troubleshooting steps to identify the problem with the hot water heater. We got the issue figured out and he told me how to replace the part. The kindness, knowledge and expertise Richard showed was a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank him enough for helping this first time homeowner not only save money, but teaching me how to properly maintain and repair my hot water heater. I cannot recommend Richard enough. Richard has done several plumbing jobs for us including installing our water heater which required redoing pipes leading in and out. He is very responsive and has led us through trouble-shooting and solving a simple problem over the phone. Richard takes pride in his work and is just an all around nice guy. You won't be disappointed with his service.

We had a great experience with the plumber today. We were recommended this plumber when we needed a second opinion. Not only did he do the job for a fraction of what another company quoted us, but he found a way to put a panel on the wall to patch it so we wouldn't have to get another person to come repair the dry wall. I would highly recommend him.

Richard answered on my first call, fit me into the schedule, and arrived within the hour. Very honest and direct info about the issue, got it fixed quickly, and didn't try to upsell on anything. Extremely reasonable rate. As a bonus, gave me some good advice about our plumbing in general, since we are first-time homeowners. Plan to call again if I ever need help!

Just talked to Richard on a Sunday late afternoon because I had problems with my garbage disposal not working and the water backing up. The most friendliest man I have talked to in a long time, told me what to do over the phone and within 5 minutes I had it fixed all by myself and had to spend no money on costly repairs . Five star review for Richard. If more stars were an option, I would give more - he's a professional, a gentleman, timely, honest, and he taught me some pointers on what to look for that I did not previously know. Richard came out the same day that I called him to evaluate some plumbing problems at my house, in Lenexa, KS. Yesterday, he arrived to perform fixes. He replaced the leaking wastewater pipe in my basement, and replaced a broken bathtub drain. When testing the tub drain, we discovered there was a secondary problem with my tub's drainage system behind the wall from a previous install, and he fixed that too. The price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the quality of the work, and the experience. I will definitely reach out to Richard when I need a plumber in the future!

We hired Richard based on all the good reviews found here and I’m SO glad we did! He was able to come out same day, was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and able to fix our issues with an hour. I’m my shaking head that I didn’t call him sooner! Absolutely will utilize Richard again should we have any plumbing-related issues and will certainly be recommending him to friends and family.

Richard was super helpful. We had a dripping sound behind the wall that we were concerned about and he came right over. He figured out the problem quickly and offered a solution that fixed our issue and didn’t break our budget. I am a first time homeowner and I dread calling companies to fix anything. Richard probably could hear in my voice that I was in distress and just needed help. He rushed over and was here in about 10 minutes. Where in the world do you get that kind of service from!!?? Fixed my issue (kitchen sink) and educated me on other things in my house. Will I call Richard again! Ab-SA-Lutely!! He was so kind and got the job done. The rest of the plumbers are non existent in my book!
