Spending a lot of money on a home repair that you cannot see once finished is never easy. However, everyone at KC Pier went out of their way to make this process as painless as possible. From Steve who came out for the initial bid, to Daniel who led the crew that did the work, to Rachael in the front office. Everyone was professional, helpful, and courteous. I wore Steve and Rachael out with questions leading up to the work day. They answered them all promptly and completely. Even emailing occasionally on the weekend. I had several bids. All of them came to the same conclusion, the NE corner of my house was sinking, causing drywall cracks and doorway sagging all over that area of the house. All also had similar solutions. KC Pier was one of the least expensive bids I received for the project and, as I said earlier, Steve impressed me with being professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. I can't say enough about these folks. If you're having similar issues with you house, do not hesitate to give KC Pier a call.

Kc Pier sent out a very thorough and efficient crew to fix my foundation. They were professional and polite while fixing all of my concerns without adding to my bill. My job went longer than expected by a few days due to the massive rocks in the ground around my foundation. They handled those boulders like Champs and didn't charge any extra. They explained the process well at all stages and addres the little thing that were discovered during the work. I would recommend them to friends and family. My repair was significant involving piering and lifting one corner of my house while straightening the other corner back upright while waterproofing and installing a sump pump. They easily outbid the other companies I called and delivered on there promises.

I had several foundation companies come out to assess my foundation settlement issue. KC Pier and Brian Dufour were leaps and bounds above the others. Other companies told me I would have to remove my landscaping and remove an old deck that was in the way of the foundation. Some companies even said I’d have to take my fence down for the work. Brian and KC Pier were super easy to work with and said they’d handle everything which was a big selling point for me and they did. They even put new boards on my deck where they worked. You can’t even tell they dug up the landscaping. Their work was quick and they left the house better than before. I can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely referring to others needing foundation work. A+++

I had KC Pier come out and do foundation repairs on a house my grandpa built over 60 years ago. It was a huge job but Sebastia’s and his crew showed up and a few days later got the job done. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work! Truly a crew that cares about quality work. From start to finish I was kept informed and aware of the process. Once the work was completed the cleanup started. Holy crap, you can hardly even tell anything happened! Thank you Sebastia and thank you KC Pier for the lifetime peace of mind!

Chris came out to do the inspection and set up a plan for the sump pump/trenching system. We had many questions, and he was prompt to answer all questions and address all concerns. Chris was up front, thorough and very knowledgeable.

Luis and his team arrived on site and completed the work very efficiently. They were friendly and worked with great care. Luis showed us the work after completion, and he and his team did great job cleaning up the site and restoring the area.

These guys had a difficult task repairing a foundational crack in a location where they couldn’t get any equipment to assist with the digging. But they weren’t deterred and efficiently exposed the wall, added the treatment, and returned everything back to its place. During the work Brian was very helpful answering all of my questions and providing assurance that he would stand by his work. I did gather quotes from other companies but am glad I went with KCPier.

Working with KC Pier was great from beginning to end. From Brian who came out initially and assessed the problem. To the crew chief Damien and his crew. They were very clean and conscientious and their main goal was to make sure I was happy. They solved the problem with my foundation and made sure my doors all opened and shut properly. Since I hadn't been able to go in or out of 2 of my doors for 3 months I was beyond happy. And a special thank you to Omar for shoveling my porch and steps for me now that I can actually go in and out of my front door! That is going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend KC Pier to anyone needing foundation work.

Daniel tried and tried to get my driveway level with the garage entrance but couldn't get the last inch. It's better than it was but kinda disappointing.

I needed foundation walls braced to sell my house, so I called KC Pier based on their reviews. Brian was extremely responsive, first calling then emailing an estimate based on the engineer's report the same day!

His price was much better than other estimates, including a good warranty, so I moved forward and he came out promptly to measure and finalize the bid, which stayed the same!

He always answered when I called and replied to texts and emails promptly, which was very helpful given the tight time frame of the house sale. The communication was great, with details about the crew who would be doing the work. When I had to push out the date, he once again accommodated me.

They had to adjust a couple things on site, but were able to stay on time and on budget. I highly recommend KC Pier for the exceptional service and prices!

KC Pier just did a polyjack job at my house. Very happy with the outcome!!! They lifted the front stoop and leveled out some of my sidewalk sections.

They were not the cheapest (but close), but some other companies wanted to charge me double!

Their bid was the most thorough and that is what sold me.

KC pier was extremely easy to work with, very knowledgeable on the structural project I needed help with, timely, efficient and left the work site clean and tidy. Will certainly work with them again.

We had water in our basement and they came with a solution and a decent price. Every service person that came to our house to fix the problem were very respectful and explained in a manner that I could understand. They were in and out and cleaned up their mess too. They also came out every 6 months to check on the house to see if any issues or leaks. I will use them again but hopefully not.

We had a great experience with KC Pier. Brian was honest we he came by for the estimate, not trying to upsell or lead us to think we had foundation issues worse than we actually had. They added a watershield to a wall in our basement and fixed the exterior rain drain issues.

Damien and the crew delivered on the work as described. Damien did an overview of his notes before the work began and a walk through at the end of the day. They had detailed notes about everything that was supposed to happen, in the basement and the exterior, and took care of it. They left everything looking good and put things back in place.

KC Pier completed a good sized job for us a few months ago, 17 piers and maybe ~8 braces. Effectively lifting half of a house, ~3-4 inches up for two of the corners. I would consider their efforts to work with us 'above and beyond' from the first phone call to the office through the subsequent to make the schedule work - we did not make it easy on them. Pricing was in line with our expectations. There was zero upselling from Chris, we actually asked him to add more to the scope - they worked with us to make it happen. The laborers (we had Sebastian and his crew on ours) might have been the most efficient group of that size I have seen work together. I asked our company to give KC Pier a shot on this job over two others we had experience with - if it would have gone less than smooth it would have been on me to remedy, so I'm glad it was effectively flawless.
