Making a good choice for foundation repair is a daunting task. I think KC Pier was a great choice.
Steve the Structural Consultant was very thorough. After initial estimate and several competitor bids I asked for another visit and he was able to answer all my questions and come up with a solution that was effective and within our budget.
Louis was the site foreman and communicated well what was going to happen and when. We had 9 piers and the foundation was lifted 1.5 inches. Hector managed the completion of the project and communicated with me on every step.
The entire project was completed in 2 days, and they cleaned up a very messy jobsite extremely well.
Very relieved this went so well and the results are noticeably better.

We had a repair issue in our basement. Luke and Damien fixed it up quickly. They arrived right on schedule and were polite and efficient. They were thorough in their explanation of what needed to be done and didn't even make fun of my wife for how she had tried to sell a foundation crack with Play-Doh.

I needed my garage floor replaced, and was concerned about the spalling on the exposed exterior foundation. Chris came out, examined the floor, examined the adjacent foundation, took measurements of everything around the exterior of my house and the interior of the garage. Then he explained that the foundation was okay - still level and plumb. He showed me pictures of my options, and answered all my questions. I had obtained other bids on this job and thought KC Pier gave me a very reasonable price, and a good warranty.

I'd been concerned about the weather getting colder, but the owner of the concrete flatwork company KC Pier sent out explained the process - cement batched at 90 degrees and delivered out the chute at 75 degrees, plus a high BTU portable heater to keep the garage at ideal temperature while the crew worked the cement into place. The crew worked all afternoon and evening, smoothing the concrete. I was impressed.

The flatwork company owner returned the next morning and cut the expansion joints in the concrete slab.

I'd been concerned about how the concrete had been one color when poured, but was getting lighter every day. I was assured that this was normal, again being given an explanation of the process that I could understand.

This is a professional company - from the first contact, through the bidding process, available to answer every question I had, and the quality of their work. I will use them again if the need arises.

I worked with Chris at KC pier and he was great.He did exactly what he said his guys showed up on the day he said they would.and It took them two days to do the job and then his follow up over the last year has been excellent.
I had KC Pier level my foundation after it settled. All 4 doors that wouldn't even close before now. Close easily. And the large cracks in sheetrock closed up nicely. His crew did an excellent job. Getting the house leveled back out and now it has stayed just like they put it for one year. There guys did a very good job cleaning up. And I thought they did quality work.

Way to go Sebastian and the Texas crew. I'm honestly speechless!! With over 12 bids KCPier had the best pricing and 12 month same as cash financing. I was expecting my yard to be destroyed. We needed 12 piers and 6 dead man anchor tie backs. I thought this was going to take them a few days. Our chimney is now level and all the concerning cracks are gone. They did the job in one long day. You can hardly tell they were ever their they replaces grass and even replanted plants. If I would have known it would be this smooth I would have booked this job over a year ago. Thanks again KC Pier and Sebastian and crew.

The team seemed to work well together and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to see progress. They just finished and made sure the site was cleaned up and ready for us to do landscaping. I'll have to wait a couple years to determine if piering (4 piers) stopped the movement, but I don't have any doubt that everything is good to go.

Luis and his crew with Hope's Roofing Repairs recently completed painting the exterior of our home. We have used their crew for several years installing our Christmas lights and they have always done a great job. For Xmas light installation and painting our home, they are very reasonable for their work performed. Luis initially met with me and we discussed the project, paint scheme, wood rot, and an estimated start date pending the rain and wind. Luis texted me the day prior and the crew arrived the next day as scheduled. Oswin introduced himself and let me know they would start replacing the wood rot and anything in question he would let me know. Unfortunately, with any project Oswin noticed that not only the board was rotten but most of the front porch post was as well from water settling down off the roof. I knew it would be a difficult process to replace and he said it wouldn't be a problem relating that being an unexpected extra expense would speak with Luis to work with us on getting it replaced. Both posts were custom done by my father and Oswin said he would replace it exactly like the other. He arrived early the next morning with the new post and 2x4's in hand to support the roof. By the end of the day, he had the entire 12 ft., 6x6 post replaced and sanded ready to paint. He cut the post and trim to match the other exactly like my father did! After a few days of wind and thunderstorms the crew had our home painted and looking better than it's ever looked. This crew does it all from exterior/interior painting, carpentry, roofing, Xmas lights, etc. I can't speak highly enough of the thoroughness that Luis, Oswin, and their entire crew put into their work. This is a local, family oriented company that we'll definitely be using again for other projects!!

We had a major hail storm in early spring. My siding and wood trim took a terrible beating. It appeared as though it had leprosy with some added eczema.

As with all storms of this type the contractors descended on us in Biblical proportions like a plague of locust. All of the contractors were telling me I needed a complete new roof, gutters, and paint. Only two of the contractors were honest with me about my damage. My roof was fine. which wasn't a surprise - I have one of the best GAF Asphalt/Fiberglass composite roofs with a 150MPH wind rating. it was installed 10 years ago. It's been bullet proof.

Any way out of the two honest contractors, Hope's Roofing Repairs Inc was the only contractor who had the expertise to handle all the needed work. They have all the disciplines in-house at their disposal.

Well let me say I have been overwhelmed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall excellent quality of their work.
I was contractor for years and have had a plethora of subcontractors that needed to be babysat and still didn't always end up with a job I considered excellent. That's not the case with Hope''s Roofing Repair. Work is excellent and no babysitting needed.
Trust me Hope's will be my go to contractor for all my future exterior home upkeep repairs.

Luis & his team recently completed a project at my home (stained the deck & completed exterior painting). The quality of work was incredible. There was great communication throughout the whole project and the work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend, we will definitely be using them again.

I’m very disappointed with the level of professionalism at Hope’s Repair. Their punctuality and communication are terrible — they don’t notify you if they’re not going to show up, even after confirming an appointment. We had a scheduled time, and no one called, texted, or arrived. This lack of respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I won’t be using their services again and can’t recommend them based on my experience.

I have been working with Luis/Gambino and Company since 3/25 both have been very professional and the communication between them is always open .
My roof was done 1st and it looks nice! - 2nd they put up my new shed - love it!
Now they are working on my siding - I'm so Blessed to have this Company and the all the people that has been working on my home.
