A1 and the crew; Colton, Jay, Mike, Ryan, Joe, Clay, Maria, Tiarrah and Lana were all SUPERB! Although this began as what I thought would be a routine tree root clean out, the main line back up was worse than I could have imagined.
Mike -Supervisor, provided his suspected diagnosis’, scenarios and expert opinion on the most effective way to mitigate any further issues.
I am so grateful to Mike and his crew for their kindness, professionalism and honesty.
I will use this company for all my future needs from the most simple to complex.
It has been a pleasure working with all of you considering the unexpected nature of the plumbing issue and financial set back.

Adrian did a wonderful job replacing our whole homes water pipe system. We had a bad experience with a local handyman and Adrian and A1 saved the day! We now how beautiful pipes with hot and cold water where it needs to go. They even cleaned up all the mess when they were done. I will always use A1 for all our plumbing needs! We have used this company for over 20 years. They have always been competent, professional, and courteous. Our technician tonight was Jay Beal and he was truly wonderful. He answered all my questions, eliminated the problem, and cleaned up afterwards.

Called A1 to resolve an issue with my septic system and they showed up the same day and took care of the problem. Jay was extremely polite, friendly and kept my wife informed. I will use them again. Highly recommend.

Water heater decided to call it quits and A-1 had it changed out and operating within a couple hours. Rates were good and the service exceptional. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again.

We had a drain back up that was caused by a grinder pump power fail. A-1 responded promptly to send someone out late on a Saturday evening when we noticed standing water in the basement bubbling out from the drain. Jay was excellent and super professional testing the drain once power was restored to the pump to make sure there wasn’t a further clog or issue. I assumed the bill would be very high for emergency services and having someone to our home so quickly, but it was beyond reasonable on the price. We will absolutely hire them again for all future plumbing needs. Communication was also great with the scheduler, Ashley. She called to let me know the tech was on the way and sent a text with tracking for him and his picture and intro.

Had repeated soft blockages in my 75-year old sewer line beneath the basement floor, so my sewer would back up a bit into the basement. Nasty. A1 cleared the blockages, scoped my line with a camera, identified the debris (from pieces of pipe that had fallen off my old, old sewer pipes), and then brought in a Hydrojet to water blast all the debris out of my sewer line. I watched them do it, with the Hydrojet and their camera, and they did an awesome job. The tech, Isaac, encountered a number of challenges with debris getting stuck at various points along the pipe, such as where two pipes at been connected together but were now a little bit offset, but he stuck with it time after time, to ram the debris through. Had to call a camera tech, Ryan, who came and scoped the last several feet of the line until they got to the sewer main, and he was also a tremendous help at the very end by ramming along the last chunk of debris. My line is now as clean as a whistle! Can't say enough about these guys and their diligence. High recommend! Five stars!
Also, their cost to hydrojet my sewer line was $575 less than another quote i got from another plumber in town.

Dan and the entire A1 Sewer team have been incredible to work with for my sewer line inspection and clean out. Very friendly, polite, informative and they responded to my needs quickly and efficiently.

A-1 was very accommodating of my schedule and came on a Saturday morning to do what I needed done. The service tech - named Chuck - called to let me know he was on his way and he was in and out quicker than I expected. He was very personable and efficient at his job and I wasn't inconvenienced at all. I will definitely contact A-1 for any future plumbing needs.

This company use to be good and honest. Me and 3 other people I know have all had terrible experiences lately. I don't know what's changed but definitely won't be recommending them in the future.
Had them come out for a main line clean out due to tree roots, before the 90 warranty was up the line backed up again. Tech came out, resnaked the line but 2 hours after he left it backed up again. I called them back and they put me on the schedule for the next day to come back out. The guy that came out then said their 90 day warranty is only good for 1 time, and that he thought it was the basement drain that was backing up and charged me another $175, and surprise surprise, that didn't fix the issue. He also refused to resnake the main line and said it would be another $175 for that. Ended up having to call another company that got the main line cleared and has been fine since then.

I had a terrible experience with A-1 Sewer & Septic. They have inexperienced and dishonest crew for the following reasons:
> I engaged them to clean bathroom drainage on the 2nd floor (in the Master Bedroom) but this crew worked in the Bathroom on the main floor (1st floor) near the kitchen when they couldn't drain the upstairs bathroom which has a separate drain pipe and was already clean. There was no issue with that and other bathrooms in the house; All these bathrooms were draining fine with no issues because their drain pipes were separate than the one in the Master bedroom.

I had engaged another company on Jan 9 2026 (Fri). He tried to snake that bathroom drain pipe, when it didn't work, he tracked that pipe in the wall and accessed that pipe in the basement to snake it further at the bottom of the pipe to clean it fully. That was the right way to do it.

A-1 crew was incompetent, cheat and fraud because of the following:
1. They worked in the wrong bathroom unnecessarily and the original problem was never fixed.
2. They neither identified the real root-cause nor fixed the original issue.
3. On top of that, they declined to go there again to fix the issue when I reported that problem was never fixed in their first visit.
4. They called me that issue was fixed but they never tested the upstairs bathroom by running the water.
5. They provided me the false information that the bathroom on the main floor shares the drain pipe with the bathroom upstairs which is not the case.

NEVER USE THEM.

We've had a continuous issue with our floor drainage to the mainline. A1 technicians cleaned the drain quickly. Brian videoed the pipe & discovered the seals had deteriorated & there was debris remaining. He suggested we Hydro jet the pipe, before complete replacement. We appreciate how quickly A1 scheduled our service & gave us some options.

John Shipley replaced my kitchen faucet w/sprayer & installed new hoses under sink where needed. Did a great job with installing & clean up. Would recommend him to family & friends.

I received 2 services from A-1 Sewer & Septic and both were great experiences. David Woolridge was able to determine why I heard water running from my water meter and gave me great advice on how to encourage a quick response from WaterOne. Chuck Turner and Gregory Armstrong did a wonderful job with the maintenance clearing of my main drain.

I find that A-1 Sewer & Septic always has a quick response time and the people they send to do the work do an excellent job. I've hired them a few times and have always been pleased.

The guys did an amazing job. The quote was a great price and Tim and his right hand man did a great job. Got it done in just a few hours. They had to cut through concrete and dig an 8 foot deep hole to fix my main line. Will totally recommend A-1 to all my friends and family.

Dan Brune has helped a couple of times. He always resolves the issue. He takes the time to explain options, defines the risks of each and rough costs. This allows me to make the best decision for the house and always makes A1 my first call.

Chris was great. He had his trainee Zack with him, too. They were quick, professional, and thorough. Chris explained the most likely culprit of our main clog, and explained how to avoid in the future. We had a great experience with A-1 and will recommend to friends and family.

A-1 is the best of the best!! We have been doing business with this family owned business for 35 years. We have never been disappointed. All the guys are great but we usually ask for Adrian. He knows are home history. He made the needed repairs with professionalism. He gave us an estimate for the repairs to sign off on. When he was done the bill was just what he promised. We asked him about two more sizable jobs to be done soon. He assured us A-1 could do the jobs even explaining the process. A-1 will always be our go to plumbing business.

Brian was great. He came in and diagnosed my problem and told me would have an estimate to repair that day and we did. A-1 Sewer also kept me informed of exactly when he would be at my house, which was awesome. Great company and great experience.
