Fast, helpful, kind. He showed us how to use the swing button and now it is better distributing the air flow. The room got cooler very quickly. This has been a good investment.

They were swift in getting back with me and met every deadline with accuracy! I am very pleased with my units and very pleased with the work that was done. Brett and his team went beyond in getting me hooked up and running. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Today I called them out to check things out since they were installed in cool weather to make sure everything is working correctly and as always great customer care and service! On a Saturday morning our ac wasn't working. We called and Jake was here within an hour. He was prompt, professional and resourceful.

When I went outside this morning, my central air unit sounded like the trash truck coming up my block. I shut it off & called. The weather report declared a heat advisory. The repairman came out within an hour & fixed it. We're geeling comfortable again, people & pets.

Brett and his team were fantastic to work with. We were without heat during the biggest blizzard in Kansas' recorded history. They were able to get a new HVAC system installed safely, properly, and quickly. They were willing to work with us on everything, including energy rebates. The sales process was straight forward, all of our questions were answered, and we never felt pushed. Would definitely call again for more work. Thank you, everyone.

Was wonderful service on a Sunday. Just moved in and no ac. He had it up and running and no time and provided me with follow up appointment for maintenance. Truly worth it, and kind funny to deal with. I definitely recommend!!

Had a water heater go out these gentlemen were able to find a odd size water heater for me and get it installed within 2 days of my water heater going out excellent job very professional.

Worked with the owner Brett to update my water heating system. Worked out a deal which turned it cheaper than my devious quote. service was quick. I’m happy with the process. The team was great with explaining things and future operation should I have an issue. Made sure that I should not hesitate to call if I have any questions or concerns. One of the best experiences I've ever had with service company. They were efficient, responded quickly, and are honest. They offered a senior citizen discount and our technician had thought it had already been applied, it hadnt been so he made sure it did get applied. They will be our service technitions from now on!

We discovered a carbon monoxide issue and called Mr. Breeze. They were at our house in about 30 minutes, and it was discovered we needed a new furnace. They were able to work us in the next day to install it. Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them in the future!

They came early during the block of time they gave me. Texted me with a name and photo of the technician. Diagnosed the problem which was the control board and quoted me a price of over $800 for just the part. With being retired and the cost of the part I got a second which they confirmed was the control board but their price for the control board was considerably less. I called Mr. Breeze back and due to several things was able to get the price reduced and close to the other company’s price so I elected to have Mr. breeze complete the repair and we have heat!
