Huge thanks to Mr. Breeze HVAC! They did a wonderful job working through all the quirks and character of our 1890s home and handled every nuance like total pros. We’re really fortunate to have great local businesses like this in our community—skilled, honest, and great to work with!! Brett, you’ve built not only a great company, but a true legacy for your son Zach as well.

They were on time (one star) they were professional (2 stars) and they got the job done when it was needed most (three stars) they gave a 1 year warranty on the part (four stars)...AT almost double to triple what the cost should have been for the job preformed. The service fee was $129 then the Capacitor was another $240 plus dollars. Thanks, appreciate the help, but they will for sure squeeze you a bit on parts needed. JUST KNOW BEFORE YOU USE FOR SERVICE. Overall good experience.

I changed the batteries in the thermostat and the blower didn’t seem to be working. They were able to come check it out in the morning found nothing wrong. Which I was happy to hear. However I was not happy with the service fee. I called before they open and the tech told me it would be $119 due to coming before office hours. The tech came @10:00 during office hours and the service call was the fee $119. Not sure I agree with the the charge being the same rate for emergency calls and during business hours.

Came out at the end of the day (8pm). Diagnosed the problem quickly. Very kind and helpful. Thanks Kreeden! On the day of repair Kreeden did a great job. I was a little disappointed that they weren’t there between 9-11 like they said they would be. It sounds like it was an office mistake not Kreeden’s. I could have been at work in the A/C instead of sweating at home while I waited! But some things can’t be helped and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Technician was great. Had the problem diagnosed and up and running in minutes. My only issue is charging me $250 for a capacitor that costs $20.

Tech came out to look at the AC for frozen coils. Was on sight for about 15 minutes and said it was low on refrigerant probably from a leak. Didn’t trouble shoot the problem at all. Besides the $99 service charge, I was told it was about 2-3 pounds of refrigerant low and that would be $500 to fill. Then the test to check for a leak was an additional $399. Then if it was a leak they couldn’t fix it due to the older model and would have to replace at the cost of about $2,500-$3,000 and all that for it to maybe last me another two years (the system is 4 years old). I opted for a second opinion from another company recommended to me from a neighbor. Not only was the service charge lower, but the new tech recharged the refrigerant to get it back to appropriate levels, came back out a couple days later to check on it, tested for a leak (included in the $80 service charge), no leak found and my total repair cost was $120 with the other company. Got it, it cost money to run a business but the incredible over charge on parts and labor is crazy.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The service was completely unprofessional, the quality was terrible, and nothing was delivered as promised. Communication was slow, and whenever I tried to ask for help or clarification, I got no proper response. It honestly felt like a waste of both time and money. I would not recommend this to anyone — very disappointing and frustrating overall.

I am filing this complaint due to what I believe was a misleading and sales-driven service visit. My furnace is less than three years old, yet the technician immediately stated that the unit needed to be replaced without performing any diagnostic testing, measurements, or troubleshooting. The recommendation was made after only a brief visual inspection.
No effort was made to verify system performance, identify specific faults, or explain why replacement was necessary. This lack of proper evaluation raises serious concerns about the credibility of the recommendation and suggests the visit was focused on upselling a new furnace rather than providing an honest assessment.
I find this practice unprofessional and concerning, especially for homeowners who may not be familiar with HVAC systems and could be pressured into unnecessary and costly replacements. I expected a legitimate service call, not a sales pitch.
To owner:
No thanks.
