Constraction reviews in Lenexa, Kansas

HT Roofing and Construction completed a small roof repair for us and did an exceptional job. They were very timely and professional with the estimate. Their office staff is extremely friendly and prompt. Overall, we were very satisfied and plan to call them again for other home improvement needs!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Licio and Yessenia were above and beyond professional, patient, and helpful. We appreciate the time that was spent working closely with the insurance company and HOA on our behalf. Licio’s knowledge of roofing products, insurance process, and all aspects of our installation was apparent from day one, Licio and his crew treated our house and property as if it was their own, The replacement of our hail-damaged roof and new skylight now looks beautiful and adds so much to our home’s value. Highly recommend.

Every person we interacted with was incredibly helpful. They were quick to come out and check on our roof when we found a leak inside our house and explained to us in detail what was happening and how they can fix it. I felt like they were very honest and weren’t trying to oversell me on any fixes I didn’t need. The repairs look great!

We got several bids for a roof leak that involved replacing the heater vent pipe in the attic and and on the roof as well as replacing the shingles around the pipe. In just a few hours after his inspection, Licio at HT Roofing & Construction provided us a very professional quote with photos of what needed to be fixed. HT Roofing's quote was also the cheapest one we got so we went with them and we are glad we did. They completed the work in a very timely manner. The work quality was excellent and they provided photos of all completed work. They were also very courteous and responsive. We highly recommend HT Roofing & Construction!

I had an excellent experience working with H T Roofing & Construction From the very first consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, punctual, and thorough. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the finished roof. The crew maintained a clean worksite, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the project on time and on budget. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service so seamlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roofing work.
Thanks to Licio & Yessenia Tamburlini.

HT Roofing and Construction has helped me with a new roof and new soffit vents. Both projects turned out fantastic! Licio was out very quickly to give estimates on both occasions. He was much more thorough in his inspections that the other companies I got bids from. He made sure I understood exactly what was going to be done and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Great quality, affordable work, from a trustworthy team. I will definitely use them for any future needs!

We were introduced to Licio by our real estate agent when we purchased our home in December 2024. After starting the process ( which included all new siding, gutters and gutter covers) , it probably took about 1.5 months. We would like you to understand the 5- star rating is deserved due to his level of detail and craftsmanship. Being patient and consistent communication are required by the homeowner. We were very pleased with Licio and his crews - professional and courteous. We will definitely reach out to HT Roofing for our next construction needs. Thank you! Chris and Gloria

Exceptional experience working with Licio and his crew, had my roof replaced and the kind of customer service, craftsmanship, responsiveness and follow-up is way above par. I was well informed about the job and what it takes way ahead of time, during the work and also after when it was done. Their support with the insurance paperwork was also flawless. I have no clue how I could've done this without them. Their support started years earlier, give them a call for a free inspection of your roof and honest, straight-to-the-point feedback and report about your roof condition. 6 stars!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Licio and his team did an amazing job. We had new hardie board siding, roof and gutters installed. He was the only contractor of many that truly worked for the job. He answered questions, watched videos that I had seen and had questions about. They were on time, professional and left everything clean when finished. He communicated daily and always kept you updated on what was going on. Definitely give them a call, you won’t be sorry!

HT Roofing came highly recommended and did not let me down. The roof has been completed along with replacement gutter covers just recently. No problems with anything so far. They were easy to reach to answer questions. Jordan’s communication and collaboration was great. I would recommend HT Roofing

I had an exceptional experience with this locally owned roofing company. They not only expertly replaced my roof but also went above and beyond by providing valuable assistance with the insurance claim process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach truly set them apart. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing expertise.

We hired HT Roofing and Construction for a complete replacement of our siding. It was a very large project, but they had great communication of what they would do and how it was going during the entire process. The owner Licio was usually onsite every day and would walk me through what was done that day and what they still needed to do. There were a lot of decisions to be made and both he and Jordan were very patient and accommodating with my questions. They have great communication, were easy to get in touch with, and very responsive from the estimate to completion of the project. Great company- would highly recommend them as they truly care about the customer being 100% satisfied.

Flat roof replacement and gutters installation. Good job quality. Reasonable price. Very nice employees.

Excellent roofing contractor. Very honest, professional, and respectful. His work is top quality, the kind you can trust 100% with your eyes closed. Truly reliable and highly recommended.

HT Roofing was recommended by a company doing some work at my home. I’m so happy they recommended HT! I finally found a roofing company that didn’t want to replace a roof that didn’t need replacing. It needed to be repaired and that’s exactly what they did! I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends. HT Roofing is honest and they do incredible work.

The nicest, most respectful, most professional group I've ever had the pleasure doing business with. From Licio, to Yessenia to the guys doing the install. They were clean, sharp and easy to work with. I will only give my business to them.

From roof in distress to a very satisfied customer it only took one phone call and a prompt and professional service to turn things around. After calling a couple of roofers and leaving messages in voicemails, I got a referral from a friend to call HT Roofing and quite honestly this is the only number we’ll need going forward. Not only they fixed the problem, but they also went the extra mile and did a comprehensive inspection of the entire roof to make sure there were not any underlying problems somewhere else. To be honest, I was expecting for them to tell me that more work was needed; after all they had already invested the time getting on that roof. To my surprise, however, they didn’t find any pressing issues that needed to be taken care. Honest people indeed! Hands down I would recommend HT Roofing anytime.

We had a great experience with HT Roofing. Jordan Fugate was very good with communication and getting us scheduled fast. We had an active leak, so that was important. The work was well done and stopped the leak. Highly recommend.

Jordan with HTRoofing worked tirelessly to try to determine the source of a leak. He was transparent and explained our options and costs were reasonable. It was a difficult issue and he spent a lot of time getting to the solution. He followed up later to make sure there had been no further issues.

The company and Jordan Fugate finally solved our leaking water problem around our dormer after a few years of handyman efforts. It wasn't cheap, but the workmanship rates A+. They were courteous, timely, and kept us informed of the issues. We liked that they could handle both the roof and the window construction aspects of the problem.
