Constraction reviews in Lenexa, Kansas

Jeremy at Emerson did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Quality workmanship, professional from start to finish, and everything looks great. Highly recommend

Emerson is THE way to go for your roofing needs! Jamie is beyond helpful and keeps the lines of communication open always. Roof looks great! So happy to have chosen their crew.

We are extremely pleased with the services of this company, especially the organization, communication, management and follow up of the whole process by Ron H. As owners of a historic 1890’s home with many different roof lines and porches including a previous widow’s walk, the project was complex and not straightforward. Ron’s respect for our home and its legacy was evident. He handled the insurance claims and traveled to be on site along with the job supervisor. His attention to detail included running a magnet himself for additional clean up of the yard.

This was our first ever claim on a home. Aaron did a great job of explaining and breaking down the process of what needed to be repaired. The fact that they offer an entire engineered product designed to work together really shows the quality of the products they use. Not to mention it is going to save us double digit percentage on our monthly insurance premium. Add to that a day and a half on install and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Truly a better business A+ rating.

Emerson did an excellent job on all 3 of our roofs and gutters. They really worked hard with our insurance company to make sure that all work that was needed was approved. completed work in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.

DO NOT work with this company!!
I wish we would have read these reviews before agreeing to have them work on our roof! It was a long drawn out process. Our roof looks awful, they were rushing through the job like they were just completing their quota for the month. They ripped multiple window screens which apparently is part of the fine print that we had overlooked because we should have removed them if we didn’t want any damage done to them. Just awful customer service as well!

Ron was a pleasure to work with and was very detailed. When his crew was finished, the roof looked like a masterpiece. I would recommend his team. Also, his reports to the insurance companies, if it’s a hail claim, are bar none, the best I’ve ever seen. Someone you would want on your side. Ron understands roofs and what he’s looking for when doing roof inspections .

Emerson was very easy to work with. They basically took care of everything for me. They have tons of color options for roof and gutters with no additional expense. Tom was an excellent manager.

Ron Harrison at Emerson Roofing is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, especially with complex roofing situations. He was professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I felt confident every step of the way and would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing work.

Best Roofing Company to work with! Without a doubt. They fought hard for me when my insurance company kept making things difficult. I worked directly with Grant. He is a shoot you straight kind of guy. No blowing smoke, he doesn't come across pushy. He is a genuine, good, dude.

When they come out to install, they had everything done on the same day. Left no mess, and the crew, you could actually tell they were proud of their job.

You won't regret using them. My roof looks top notch.

I had put off getting a new roof far too long to the point where I was starting to get a couple leaks so I shopped around a few companies for quotes. I ended up deciding on Emerson because their representative, Jeremy, was the friendliest and most knowledgable. Not only did he explain the complete process to me in words I could understand, he was also there throughout the entire process…. If you’re in the market for a roof, I’d recommend Jeremy at Emerson.

Emerson roofing is too notch. I worked with Jon and was completely satisfied from meeting him the first time through my roof getting finished. Very professional which I know is rare in this industry. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We’ve worked with Emerson Enterprises and Jon Lindsay on our commercial projects for years, and they’ve been outstanding every time. Amazing vendor—easy to work with, highly knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. They consistently deliver quality work and make the entire process smooth. Highly recommend.

Emerson Enterprises Unlimited LLC re-roofed and secured a company to install new gutters on my house after hail damage in 2025. Communications throughout the process was clear and in writing from the initial free inspection for damage, and the contract for repairs, to work completed. From the inspection for damage, to the claim with the insurance company, to Emerson meeting with the insurance claims adjuster, to the actual work and cleanup of the ground, all was done well and with great visual appeal. Insurance claims are very technical and Emerson was a big help with the process. My experience with Emerson was a great experience with appreciation.

Emerson is hands down the BEST roofing company in Kansas City and surrounding areas! Jon Lindsay definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had! If you’re wanting the best roofer in KC I definitely recommend contacting Jon for the job!

Highly recommend Emerson for a new roof. We worked with Nathan M. He was extremely helpful and oversaw our replacement to make sure it was to our standards. Great quality and a great look - excellent cleanup. Nice crew - respectful and they provided in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again. Photos aren’t great as cold out but gives an idea of the finished product.

Grant and his team at Emerson Roofing were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! The entire process was seamless, with clear communication, exceptional service, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Grant and Emerson Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services – they truly exceed expectations!

Steven and Codey were great. Attentive and very helpful. The crew they sent out to repair our roof did a very professional job, and resolved a problem that had plagued us for a long time. I am thankful for their expertise!

We were so impressed with Emerson Enterprises and the replacement of our roof and gutters! They were able to find the cause of a leak where another company could not. They were in contact with us every step of the way and worked together closely with our insurance company. The work was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends, neighbors and family!

We had Will with Emerson come out and check our new house we just purchased. He let us know we are in great shape with our Roof and Gutters. If we have a storm in the future we will definitely be calling him to assist us with that process. His knowledge about the matter was astounding. Thank you to Will for our clean bill of health.

My experience with Emerson Roofing and Mr. Barber was exceptional. From the moment they knocked on our door, they provided a five-star experience. They guided us through every step of the process, including helping us navigate our insurance claim. They even identified mistakes our insurance company had made, got them corrected, and acted as our advocate to ensure we received the right repairs at a fair price. Emerson Roofing truly made it a one-stop, stress-free experience. They also helped several of our neighbors, all with the same level of professionalism and care. Highly recommend!
