Regarding price, insurance covered everything except for the deductible.
Great service from the installation crew. Took about 6.5 hours from start to finish. Thorough clean-up afterward. Final installation review by Emerson was professional and complete.
Also, their finance team responded quickly to resolve an overpayment that was likely caused by my own misunderstanding of the payment process.
Only glitch was that the original project manager left the company and the hands-off to the next manager was not clean.

I hired Emerson last fall to do a full roof replacement. After getting quotes from a number of local companies, they rose to the top. My project manager, Ray, was especially helpful throughout the process. Communication was consistent - something I value above all else when working with contractors. Delays and things happen (although very few to none did in my case), but as long as we stay in communication, that’s no big deal. There were a number of choices for my roof replacement including various add-ons and shingle colors. However, I never felt pressured or forced into a decision. Highly recommend Emerson for all roofing (and other) needs!

Ray was great to deal with. The company was fast and thorough replacing our roof and gutters. The roof was a complete tear off all the way down to the rafters and re roofed in 1½ days! Ray was very responsive to any question we had and he handled almost everything so we didn't have to worry about it. Excellent company and even better customer service!

We had some repairs to our roof needed for a couple years from some previous storms and really had no clue on how to proceed. Luckily for us, Ray Barber w/ Emerson was doing walk ups in my neighborhood and after a very nice conversation with him, we got the ball rolling on the repairs. Ray helped up with getting a claim started. He was very well spoken and professional. He explained the entire process to my wife and I and made it so easy for us to decide this was the roofing company to go with. Ray and his team did not disappoint! I'm really pleased with my new roof from Emerson. The crew impressed me with their attention to detail. I went with a class 3 shingle and the quality is top notch. Jon Lindsey and Emerson was referred to me by a very good friend who works for an Emerson supply company. Jon and entire crew were awesome professional fast and completed awesome work. Was even very responsive when I needed a couple of small repairs done to the gutters.. work performed was all new roof gutters siding facia windows and a storm door. We love all of it.

Emerson replaced the roofs in our condominium complex consisting of 4 buildings and 3 multi unit garage buildings. They were the lowest price amount 3 companies and committed to completing the job in a week using multiple crews where the other companies were going to take a month. Jeremy Cameron stayed on site the entire time making sure the job was done right and to keep things moving. All residents were very pleased with the work done and we expect to use them again. Emerson did an excellent job on my roof. They kept me informed of the schedule as things went along. I even have them doing some additional work that I needed to have done. They worked with the insurance company and got things approved before they started. Everything went really well.

I've reached out to them on a few occasions about leaks that have developed/progressively gotten worse over the 5 years since they re-roofed our home. Every time, we've been told "ventilation", "condensation", "you need better ventilation in your cathedral ceiling". Do the pictures attached, that we finally climbed up a 16' ladder at 61 & 64 years old respectively to remove a shade look like a "ventilation" problem to you?

Our Project Manager did a very good job of getting everything organized and communicated. The office staff and personnel were easy to work with. The roofing team that tore off and laid our new roof did 54 squares in a day and a half; on and off replaced everything.The guttering company did nice guttering work. It looks really good and drains properly. The teams ensured no damage to shrubbery and the clean up was 99% efficient which is really good for tear off and replacement. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone who needs a new roof. This would be the way to go in these times. I am a former construction GC so have knowledge in the arena and usually am not easily impressed. Thanks, Emerson!

I had an excellent experience working with Jeremy C. from Emerson. After a recent major storm, I shared my concerns about my roof, and Jeremy promptly came out to inspect everything—my roof, gutters, trim, and more. He thoroughly explained his findings and confirmed that a new roof was needed.

Jeremy went above and beyond by meeting my insurance adjuster at my home and carefully pointing out all the damage to ensure nothing was overlooked. The process was incredibly easy on my end—I simply contacted my insurance agent and notified Emerson once the claim was approved.

Supplies were delivered, and the very next day I had a beautiful new roof. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team to anyone needing roofing services.

This company had the worst customer service in the area of Kansas. Number 1 is lack of communication, there is absolutely none. They take your money and get to you when they get to you. No warning or anything. Just remember they are NOT A ONE STOP SHOP like they say they are. I would rather watch you tube would have been a better experience.

Major Update: After a very lengthy discussion with the owners and one of his foreman, we figured out the disconnection. They made a huge promise the day I left that discussion. To be honest I dint have high hopes. Well today i can officially can say they upheld everything we discussed. So hopefully this helps them adapt that new communication plan.

Emerson was with the insurance inspector when our roof was inspected for damage. Emerson was able to point out damage that inspector didn’t notice. We were serviced quickly and communicated daily with Emerson through calls, text, emails. They are a great company to work with for our roof. Very great work and clean up. Highly recommend Emerson for your roofing needs.

After my insurance company initially approved only a partial claim that included only 18 individual shingles (20yr/3 tab, no longer in production), Emerson, specifically Ashley, went to bat hard for me and was successful in getting Progressive to agree to a full replacement. The entire process from start to finish was so easy, and headache free, and the roofing crew did a great job taking care to not damage my garden. On top of what I thought was already a good job, after the install, they contacted me to tell me they didn't like the way the flashing was done on the back side of my house, so they preemptively sent a crew out straight away to fix it. Couldn't be more impressed with the friendly and professional office staff, headed up by Kelly, who has been a delight to work with. I used to recommend a different roofing company, but now anytime anyone asks me, without any hesitation I know who I am sending them to: Emerson Enterprises, hands down no questions asked!
