My laundry area/kitchen flooded in my 2nd story apartment late at night. The team was here after hours (in less than an hour!) and immediately got work. Mike and his crew were so kind and professional, efficient, and communicated the whole process with me. I am incredibly thankful for them and their expertise!!

Joe Lillian and his team of Lisa, Jamal, and Alyssa are outstanding professionals. This team is patient, responsive, considerate, and worked in my best interest to make sure that their services would be affordable and effective. This included ruling out possibilities for our particularly complex situation as well as drafting up different scenarios to solve the problem which were all based in their science-backed expertise. We ended up with an effective solution that did not put us out of pocket and left us feeling like we had a friend in the business. Not to mention the team was friendly and conscious about their time spent in our home. I felt comfortable having them there even while I was working from home, and enjoyed their presence. These are the hallmarks of an excellent business. Highly recommended.

Mike and his crew came in and were able to make a ton of progress quickly. They definitely have experience and knowledge to get everything remediated. I really appreciated him keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on on a daily basis. Hope I never have to use them again, but if I have to, I’ll give them a call.

Starting with the water mitigation team Servpro did an outstanding job handling my claim!

First, thank you to Candace, Project Mgr., for coordinating all reconstruction work ~ she was easy to work with, dutiful about follow up & follow thru, scheduling various workers to restore the damage. I appreciate her being thorough, thoughtful and efficient!

I’d also like to acknowledge Victor & Vincent for their good work ~ they worked quickly preparing/protecting the work area, cleaning up debris, moving furniture ~ they were friendly and on time ~ thank you both!

Eric had the thankless job of tearing down ceiling sheetrock & installing new sheetrock ~ a neck-breaking task ~ he did a great job ~ thank you Eric!

Nico was very efficient at mudding, restoring texture & painting ~ good job ~thank you!

Colin & his crew cleaned carpet and did a great job!

Tabitha, Chaualese, Zane, Dakota, and Eric have been working on a mitigation project at my house all week. They have been incredible. Eric and Dakota have throughly walked me through each step of the process and kept me very informed. They’ve been patient with my questions and listened to every concern I’ve had. The entire team has been polite, respectful, and very kind. They have also been hard working making sure to get everything done in a timely manner. I’d like to especially shoutout how awesome they’ve been with my 6 kids. My kids have enjoyed them so much they’ve brought snacks down to them occasionally and the way they’ve talked with my kids has made their entire week. We’d highly recommend ServPro for any of your cleanup/mitigation needs.

Jackson did a great job of explaining the product, the guarantee and the process. I knew the product but he showed me the changes and the improvements had been made. Looking forward to have this system protecting my rental property.

Had LeafGaurd come out and give an estimate for adding gutters to my home. It was a great experience. Paul was very thoughtful, thorough and very informative. He answered all questions and concerns and demonstrated their great product and how it is installed with samples of colors as well. We will be going with LeafGaurd as our guttering system.

Great presentation by Paul & Lexi on the Leafguard system. The agents were very professional and polite and worked with us on details for installation. We elected to have the system installed on our home as an upgrade to our home.

We were very pleased with the initial survey/quote (Paul) and the installation (Tyler). Both were very professional and knowledgeable. We had a minor leak at one of the end caps and Leafguard responded quickly to our message.
We should have had Leafguard gutters installed years ago when we purchased this house. I highly recommend them – both for the speed and ease of installation and for the quality of their product.

I had a Leaf Filter system placed on my sunroom in November 2022. Had no problems until this July. My gutters were overflowing the last 2 rains so I called Leaf Guard to have the problem rectified. An employee arrive 7/18/25 and cleared the obstruction and presented a bill for $95, I objected to the charges because I thought the fault was in the downspout. He was trying to explain what the cause was but his English was very broken. I went ahead and paid the charge. The next day I called Leaf Guard to complain. I was told because there were no leaves in the gutter and the limited protection plan was for only a year that the cost would fall on me. I asked why my gutters failed and was told THE FILTER SCREEN ON THE GUTTERS CLOGGED UP, NOT ALLOWING THE RAIN WATER TO FALL INTO THE GUTTERS. AND GUESS WHAT, THE CLOGGED FILTERS ARE NOT THERE PROBLEM. SO IF YOU ARE SEARCHING GUTTER GUARD YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT IF YOU PURCHASE A LEAF FILTER SYSTEM YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE THE FILTER EASHED OUT EVERY 2 OR 3 YEARS. GOOD LUCK

Greg, our sales guy took the time to answer all our questions. He wasn't push but definitely made sure we knew why this system was a good option for us.

Donald and Tracy, who did the install, were friendly, polite and also answered every question we had. They installed over 200 ft of guttering and completed the job in the same day.

Overall, it has been a good experience for the purchase and install. It looks great and we are very pleased with how it turned out.

Damian came out and inspected my 9 rental properties. He did a great job explaining how leafguard is going to solve all my water and debris issues on all my properties. I had an amazing experience with him and highly recommend Damian and the leafguard product.

My parents and I both have had Leafguard gutters for 10+ years. After consulting a contractor to fix water damage to the basements of both homes including black mold at one, he determined the gutters were failing in multiple ways. Downspout extensions that were not installed correctly, corners that were not sealed, gutters not angled on the homes correctly. I am grateful for the lifetime warranty. I contacted Leafguard and they sent Tracey Sheilds to inspect the problems I reported and he found the same problems and more. He did suggest getting pictures and videos when it was raining so I knew I would be reaching back out but Leafguard kept calling to make appointments and even sent someone (Cal) when I was not home to do an inspection who claimed he sealed one corner and nothing else seemed to be wrong but he also told me to get picture and videos. So when I did text back after it rained, the original scheduler (Andre) I had been in contact with did not respond. I called and was told I was speaking to a manager (Donald) and he asked if it would be ok if he came along when Tracey came out to fix the problems at both homes but he didn’t show up. Based on the obvious poor installation by different crews on two homes, I cannot recommend Leafguard today. The product is far too expensive to be installed incorrectly which later may cause property damage. But if you already have Leafguard, I highly recommend requesting that Tracey be the only technician they send. He’s timely, professional, competent/knows what he’s doing, takes pride in his work, and does what he says he’s going to do. He’s the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Unless Leafguard is trying to ruin their brand which I’m beginning to wonder if that’s the plan, they need a competent person supervising installations of the product and they simply need to employ more people like Tracey Sheilds.
