This is company is top rate! Jim, the owner, installed a Trane AC and Furnace in 2020 and we have had Priced Rite do preventive maintenance each spring and fall. When our AC quit working August 21 the company sent Travis and John out the next day. A blower motor part needed to be ordered and instead of leaving us without AC, they went back to the shop, returned to our home and put a temporary part in until the new part could arrive. They did not charge us for the part or their labor. On September 17 Travis and John returned with the permanent blower motor and got our AC up and running again. It would have been a very uncomfortable four weeks in KC had they not put the temporary part in. We are so grateful for this company and these amazing young technicians! Thank you, Priced Rite! Thank you, Travis and John! We are big fans!

I had Priced Right install my heating and cooling system awhile back and they were fabulous and of course ‘Priced Right’. Today Travis with Priced Right came out to maintain my furnace. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Travis gave me tips on how to keep my furnace going in between regular maintenance calls...how often to change the filter, size, direction etc. I purchased the Yearly Plan as it is so affordable. Travis was excellent and I am very satisfied. I recommend Priced Right Heating and Cooling highly to everyone.

Priced Right has been my go to for 8 years now. I had my annual maintenance done today, excellent job as usual. My tech was a younger gentleman that was very respectful and hard working. They aren't pushy and don't try to sell you things you don't need like a lot of places. Always responsive even in an emergency, highly recommended. The tech even gave me a recommendation on another service he didn't provide. Can't go wrong here!!

Our furnace went out and Priced Right was out that afternoon. They got us operational and found that we had some water backing up into the furnace due to the way the furnace and humidifier were initially installed. they came back the next day and got the needed repairs made.

They provide consistent high-quality service and they have always treated me as a valued customer for all services, big and small. They are a great company!

We needed a new furnace when our "old" (less than 10 years) system stopped working in the middle of a January weekend. I wanted to look at a Trane and Priced Right was listed on the Trane site. Left a message and Jim responded quickly.

I had spoken with two other contractors before Jim. He clarified some of the different things the others had discussed, such as the need for one or two stages and the availability of an old refrigerant vs. a new, more expensive option. The others had included new thermostats costing at least $500 - - Jim said the one you've got is fine. With the advantage of being the best bid, I pulled the trigger and went with Priced Right.

Joe was at the door the next day, 15 minutes earlier than expected, later joined by Travis. Both were polite and considerate. They were able to incorporate existing components such as a humidifier. I work from home and was only 20 feet away from where they were working, but they were accommodating and let me know when they were going to be noisy. Joe said a couple of times how he enjoys doing installations. He updated me through the day and they were done before 5:00. They marked the date of installation on the furnace and even signed it! That says something when you put your name on it.

Time will tell, but the house seems more comfortable with the new Trane. It is pretty quiet and the temperature seems more even from room to room. We are happy with the results and expect to be Priced Right customers for a long time.

I was referred to Priced Right Heating & Cooling in 2014 by a previous co-worker. We were in desperate need of a new furnace and had bids from other providers. This company was selected not only to replace our furnace, but our AC as well. I remember the day they completed the work. It was one of the coldest days that winter or at least it felt like it as the furnace had totally given up that morning and our gas fireplace could only do so much. The crew was great and did an amazing job and we slept well that night. I have recommended this company to others who have reported back good experiences.

I've been using Priced Right for several years now for bi-annual HVAC checks and maintenance and they've always been up front and honest. When the time came to have a whole new HVAC system installed, I went with Priced Right given how well they've worked for us for our maintenance. The installers were polite, professional, and skilled. They got the job done quickly and took the time to show us the ins-and-outs of the new system. Priced Right will continue to be my go-to for HVAC!

James Tillet from Priced Right is both a great businessman and A/C repairman. He knows his trade inside and out. I have used him time and again... because he is excellent at what he does, but more importantly, I trust him.

Have been a Priced Right customer for several years for our Fall and Spring maintenance, and just completed a full replacement. Jim quoted the job fairly and didn’t try to over-sell. His journeymen were prompt and polite. Install is super clean, much quieter, and I have a great warranty on the product!

Jim gave a reasonable and honest quote when other companies seemed to be really ripping people off. Joe and Travis did the install and were very friendly and knowledgeable. My system was installed yesterday, so hopefully all keeps going well!

I bought my house 6 years ago, it came with a dinosaur of a hvac system. I had Priced Right come out twice a year for preventative maintenance to keep it running until we were ready to make the purchase. They have always shown up on time and as scheduled. I've even gotten to know both Paul and Jim pretty well. (It's nice to see the same guys coming out year after year). Today they installed a really nice new Lennox system for us. As always, they showed up first thing this morning and had it knocked out in about 6 or 7 hours. I feel that JIm sold us and installed a solid system without breaking the bank. I will continue to use Priced Right for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them! Thanks guys for a job well done.

When my AC went out and I asked around for HVAC repair recommendations, everyone just told me which companies NOT to use. I relied on online reviews to find this company, so I'm paying it forward by writing a review to help other folks who are as overwhelmed as I was. I requested service after hours via their online form and received a call from a real, local person the next day who got me scheduled quickly and explained the fees. Jim and James came out to provide service and they were great. They arrived in the scheduled window and Jim called and texted (after I didn't answer when his call) about 30 minutes in advance. They were able to fix my AC on the spot and checked my unit for any other issues, all for the cost of the base visit fee. I have an older AC unit, but they didn't try to sell me anything or scare me about it. They were conscientious about getting the work done within the time included in the base fee in order to not incur additional charges. Can't really ask for more than that! Next time I have an HVAC issue, I will be calling Priced Right.

We first heard about Priced Right Heating and Cooling from a trusted neighbor, so when it was time to gather bids for a new HVAC system, we gave them a call. We had been getting regular service with another provider, but every service call felt like an upsell was required, which was getting old. The other company's bid appeared to be the newest technology and seemed reasonable, but we thought we should get at least one other bid, so we called Jim. Right from the start, Jim gained our trust by explaining the pluses and tradeoffs of different technologies and different manufacturers, based on his 30+ years of experience. He told us which brands he rarely saw make it past 10 years and which brands were still going long after.
We received a real education in a helpful and not condescending way. We felt like our decision could be driven by what was sufficiently good and not overkill, rather than other companies' tricky pricing structures that push you towards the most expensive unit.
We were already pleased with Priced Rite, but their real value showed once the unit was installed and the cash had changed hands. We have two units to cover our house, and one of them seemed to be louder than the other. It wasn't a lot, but the noise coming through the closest vent was distracting. Jim came over, assessed the problem, and immediately started working through the possible manufacturing errors. He replaced a wheel, and when that didn't take care of it, he replaced the blower motor, all at no charge to us. At this point, I figured I'd just have to get used to the faster blower on a two-cycle furnace. But he insisted that he wanted us to be happy, and gave us time to think about it, reminding us that we had a two year parts and labor warranty. When we made the final call to them, they came and replaced the entire unit, and then added additional soundproofing to the first chamber of the air handling system, again at no extra charge to us.
We are absolutely stunned at the level of service this company provided to us. I know that the occasional mistake is made in any manufacturing process, and he wouldn't have recommended this brand to us if he didn't think it was the best. But if we had to get the rare bad unit, we consider ourselves the luckiest of the lucky to be working with Priced Right, where WE are the ones who got to decide when everything was finally done, and they kept proactively working with us until we were satisfied, and kept a positive "can do" attitude the whole way through. We cannot recommend Jim and his installers enough!
