James was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything to us and was just a really nice, pleasant person who was a joy to deal with. He fixed our issue and gave us lots of practical tips to save money and increase efficiency in the future. We couldn’t be happier, and we’ll definitely use them in the future.

I just had a great experience with Priced Right. I noticed my AC was making some noise and then stopped working after business hours. I got a prompt call back and early morning service. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and charged me a fair rate! I called Priced Right based on a recommendation from a friend, and now I will be recommending Priced Right!

I recently contacted Priced Right when my air conditioner stopped working. Assuming it was an expensive fix for aging AC unit, I called a few places to get quotes on replacement. James from Priced Right came out later the same day to meet with me. He was flexible on his arrival time to help accommodate my schedule that day. Instead of starting with a long sales pitch for a way-too-expensive AC unit like another bigger company in town that I tried did, the first thing he did was go over and check out the AC, which ended up being a relatively easy repair. I ended up only paying for a minor repair rather having to pay thousands more than a full new AC that I didn't need yet. He still gave me the quotes for a new unit, with tons of options to choose from, so I have that when I need it in the future. Priced Right also replaced my furnace a few years ago and it was also a good experience and a reasonable price. Overall a great experience and plan to use them next time we have a need on our HVAC system.

Priced Right Heating and Cooling gave us an amazingly painless experience from the estimation process to the final installation for our new AC/Heating units. The differences between the options were clearly explained, and installation occurred less than two weeks after agreement on installation details. We were told it would be done in 8 hours and only took six. The old system was removed from the premises that same day, and everything Jim said would happen did like clockwork. They take the time to do things right and they don’t cut corners, and the two installers were courteous, fast, careful, and respectful. They explained how to work the new system and thermostat, and happily answered all my questions.

Jim and his team are amazing! We needed a new system and they had the best estimate and gave us a lot of choices to find what would work in our budget. They showed up on time, did all of the work they could before having to shut down the ac so the house was comfortable even though it was 106 today!

Very efficient and respectful of our home and property, they left the areas they worked on better than they found it. Friendly, not pushy and even upgraded our humidifier wiring to work with our nest thermostat for free! I highly recommend them for service or a new install!

Jim and his guys did an absolutely amazing job on the furnace and AC install, previous unit was a mess and they were able to give us a great deal on a whole new system, everything looks great and is running great, highly recommend these guys! They are amazing!

The workman showed up on time. They put a shut off valve between my gas line and the pipe to my gas log in the fireplace. They worked quickly and did a good job. I have no complaints about them or the work they did. I am, however, upset at what they charged me. The bill was $325.00 for 53 minutes of work. That was $225.00 per hour for labor and $125.00 for the shutoff valve and some pipe compound. I have used your company exclusively for hvac work for several years and have always been satisfied with the work and cost. That is no longer true. I will not use your company again without getting competing bids.

I have used Cates for 20 years. They are dependable, knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with. They never disappoint. Today.Kylar is doing my fall furnace check. I can add him to the Long list of wonderful technicians that have provided services. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC needs.

My most recent appointment was just a maintenance visit to check our furnace. The technician was great, but he was about an hour late which was a little inconvenient - thus the 4 stars. The lady who called me to tell me he was on his way "if that was okay" called after the scheduled arrival time, and she didn't apologize that he was running late. Not a big deal, but I would have expected an apology which I did get when the technician arrived.

We recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Cates Heating and Cooling. Randy and Gilbert were on time, very courteous and professional, and fixed several issues we were not aware of. Great experience and recommend this company.

Cates heating and cooling are reliable and honest. Ive been using them for over 20 years and have never had an issue. JacobA was my tech this time and he is very personable and answered all my questions.

2023 Update - I have a annual maintenance contract with Cates and they have always done good work. I had to call today because my furnace was shutting itself off - with outside temps in the single digits. They got a technician out the same day - Darnell was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the problem, had the part on his truck, and fixed the problem quickly. Great service from a great company. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with my service from Cates. Dillon and Dwan were professional, knew what they were doing, and very efficient. Top-notch service. This was my first time using Cates and I am happy that they will be doing my annual maintenance in the future and any other repairs I need.
