Great company to work with that does high quality work for typically less than others. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Dillons. I know who I'm using when my furnace needs repair or replaced.

Used this business to have an a/c moved to a different location in the yard for a customer of mine.
They were Quick and understood exactly what we needed. Owner came out for in person quote. Charged very reasonable price for their services. Treated us like family. I will be using them on any work in the future. -
Patrick is incredible. Not only does he provide excellent service but literally educates me on how to help my HVAC run more efficiently. I feel like I’m in classroom while he is here. Thanks for being great!

Would definitely recommend everyone call Dillon’s for any HVAC needs. Rigo was the technician sent out to my house and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an impeccable job installing my new A/C unit. Dillon’s hires professionals who know how to get things done right the first time!

I have used this company for two years. Always rated them well. I’ve had the pleasure of the owner servicing me the last 2 times I used Dillon’s. He is very thorough and looked for the most economical options to resolve issues. Would definitely recommend Dillon’s.

Patrick is just incredible. Always takes his time and does a thorough assessment of our HVAC. Always has something to teach me during his visit about how to get our system running better and more efficiently. Thanks Dillon’s!

Jeff was incredible! Took over an hour to talk through my needs and his proposal for the HVAC duct extension. Friendly, professional, and great quality work! Would definitely work with them again.

Rigo replaced all of our ductwork in our home single handed. A very pleasant fellow as well as professional. Dillon was excellent in every aspect of our dealings and I will highly recommend them in the future. If you need HVAC work, done these are great people to work with.

Jeff was on time and extremely friendly. He explained everything as he was doing it. He was very professional and we will definitely be using Dillon’s again to check and or fix our heating and cooling system.

We were very happy with the quality, professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness, and the value of the services with Dillon's Heating and Cooling.
I obtained Jeff Dillon's information on Thumbtack. We needed a quote for venting the exhaust fans in our house through the roof. We had installed newer fans and our electrician told us they were never vented (we didn't know), which was more apparent with the new exhaust fans, because the smell of the attic was coming back into the rooms. We also found out in the meantime that city code had changed since they were first installed and now code requires venting. We were going to use our prior HVAC company for the job that we had used for over 30 years cumulatively, but this company tried to push us off on a roofer. While the roofing companies said they could install the vent, none of them were willing to complete the ductwork.
Jeff Dillon was quick about contacting me and setting up an appointment to quote the project free of charge. Jeff Dillon came to the residence wearing a Covid19 mask, was friendly, and was knowledgeable. His pricing seemed fairly competitive, although I honestly didn't contact too many companies after finding that most of them didn't even know how to complete the job.
Jeff Dillon was able to work us into his schedule quickly but had to reschedule due to rain. This was fortunate, because in the meantime I found out our prior HVAC company had failed to obtain a permit when they installed the new a/c unit the year before. I contacted him about the issue and he offered to take a look at the unit for us for free to make sure it was installed correctly and said failure to obtain permits is a serious problem in the industry. I contacted the prior HVAC contractor and called them out on it. They immediately applied for a permit, stated they needed to come to the residence the following day, specifically because they didn't install the locks required by the city of Olathe to prevent freon from being stolen and lessening the chance of the unit getting stolen. They claimed they didn't know about the code because it is fairly new and stated hardly anyone gets permits. I don't buy it. When they came out the following day, they were still making excuses and pointed out my neighbor's unit wasn't even locked down. I called the city to inspect and it passed. Thank god. . .
On the day scheduled, Jeff and his employee showed up on time to complete the project; it took them about 3-4 hours. The project cost around $700 for all 3 fans. No more attic smell or mold risk due to condensation build up on insulation. Jeff and his employee were respectful of the property, wore masks, and were able to answer several other questions that the previous HVAC company was unable to answer related to one of the return vents. I now know our prior HVAC contractor is completely inept. Dillon's is definitely superior.
And, Jeff was nice enough to lock down my neighbor's unit while he was at our residence, with her permission, of course, and only charged her for the locks. No service call charge. That was above and beyond and is one of the many reasons why we will use him in the future.
His yearly service plan is fairly reasonable; it is $149 a year to come out twice. Once for the furnace, once for the air conditioner.
I would definitely recommend this company. They are by far the best referral I have received through Thumbtack. -
Experience was professional and completed in a timely fashion. The new bathroom exhaust fan works awesome and is super quiet. Dillons Heating & Cooling communicated the process for the work and followed through on expectations explained before the job started. High quality work and will use again.

Jeff is professional, knowledgeable, and on time. He communicates when he is on his way, and explains the details of the job to be done.
Jeff tells you the cost of the job up front in a clear manner with no surprises.
His work is of a high caliber, and he takes all old parts with him,
and leaves the work area very clean.
Jeff is an honest, hard working Heating and Cooling Technician. -
Dillon's has provided routine maintenance service for me and replaced the furnace in my daughter's house. Both were handled professionally from start to finish, on a timely basis and very competitively from a cost standpoint. They're now our go-to service company.

Have used them several times on different properties, everything was great until their new employee Patrick came in 2 hours late to an appointment without calling or texting me, then the second time when he came in to do a repair, the appointment was scheduled for between 1-2pm, again no call no show until 3pm. I wouldn’t have a problem if he’d just call or warn me, but I can’t sit all day and wait, I’m a very busy person and my time is very valuable. When Patrick showed up he was also very rude to my mom. I called the company and requested to speak with Jeff, the owner, but was always given a lousy excuse that he doesn’t take calls from a customer and 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten a call from anyone, I had to drop their 5 year service contract on another property and hire someone else. Bad business, terrible customer service and the owner/s aren’t willing to even speak to a customer and fix the problems nor apologize.

Our house got hit by lightning and wiped out the control panel for our heating / ac. Dillons Heating & Cooling quickly assessed our situation and got us a great deal on a replacement. The team was very professional and so easy to work with. We are going to use them for our annual maintenance as well.

The guys were great. Gave me an accurate quote. Quick turn around time. Did exactly what the said they would do. The AC unit has a 10 year warranty. Couldn’t be more pleased, wish I had found Dillons years ago. Will use them again for any HVAC needs I have. They should be at the top of all google searches. Buddy

Service was exceptional. Dillion’s heating & Cooling (DHC) was thorough in their investigation, clear in their explanations, kind with their demeanor, and were clearly focussed on serving my (customer) needs. Wish more services were as proficient in their trade as Dillions. I was also impressed by his willingness to actually read my specific furnaces manual to get everything exactly right (i was not billed by hour). Price was also VERY reasonable for their diagnostic. I’ve found my go to HVAC team for sure.
My problem was that my furnace was losing flame on demand if my flame box cover was on. Issue was diagnosed to be inadequate air intake pipe sizing/length. I was given multiple options to resolve the issue with varying costs.
