We just moved into a new home and needed our in home humidifier assessed. From the very first call with Jeff to Patrick coming out to assess and replace to Eric coming back out because we had concerns, they were always very professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about the kindness that is Jeff . I spoke with him any time I would call. He was always willing to answer my questions and help get me on the schedule. When I was concerned about the new humidifier not working correctly (and it was) he had Eric out within a couple of hours! Patrick was very knowledgeable about humidifiers and helped us choose the right one for our home. Eric was very friendly and reassuring that we were on the right track to get our home humidified where it needs to be with all our woodwork. Great business and group of people running it and working there.

My experience with Jeff the owner during my initial virtual estimate (Thumbtack) was A+++! Everything we verbally discussed was delivered today. Jeff is a man of integrity and character (those qualities are very rare in the business world). He is also very patient and answered my litany of questions. The scheduling process with Stephanie exceeded my expectations. She is SUPER efficient! The service I received today from Patrick was quality. Patrick knows his work (skilled and knowledgeable). When he spotted something that was overlooked from a previous HVAC company, he fixed it and I told him that "he's the bomb diggity!!!" Jeff, the owner, was the one who came to quote us for replacement options. He took the time to sit down and explain the pros and cons of each, and was able to provide technical information for my engineer husband who had done a lot of research already. We ultimately decided to upgrade to a high-efficiency system. Pricing was competitive, and scheduling was quick. Both Jeff and Rigo performed the install and they were both extremely professional. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a HVAC company that was near my house that would help me replace and insulate the main ventilation stack in my garage (it was completely rusted out). Most of the companies that I contacted ghosted me continuously, but Jeff took the job seriously and he was always in contact with me. He was super great to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done and we agreed on the scope of the work. I even added a few more ventilation off shoot re-routes to help me complete a kitchen remodel and some other projects. I'll definitely be calling him in the future when my HVAC needs replaced! I'm very happy with the work that I he did and it was well worth the money that I paid.

When we were in the process of determining whether to replace our HVAC system at our home prior to putting it on the market, Jeff Dillon came to give us an estimate. In a very frank discussion, Jeff recommended that we not replace the system - which was fully functioning - and let the buyers do so, if they wished. We were impressed with Jeff's candor...and his prices, which included three levels of equipment, all of which were about the same cost of labor to install. I highly recommend this company for its integrity.

Everything about my experience with Dillon’s Heating and Cooling was great. I have an old house and was having serious airflow issues. Other people quoted me more than $10k for fixes that didn’t address the duct work issues that were my primary concern. Not Jeff. He started by asking what my ideal outcome was, then took the time to thoroughly figure out how to get there. He was great about explaining his plan, my options, and the costs. His team, especially Eric, was so professional and do great work. They went out of their way to do extra little things (for free) that the company who installed my HVAC neglected to do, which provided additional airflow improvement.
I now have the airflow I wanted throughout my home for a fraction of what others wanted.

I found Dillon's through a Google search and decided to use them based on their excellent reviews, and wow they weren't kidding. Dillon's was amazing! I called and spoke with Stephanie who was very polite and helpful and had me scheduled for an appt the same day! The service tech Patrick arrived exactly on time and did a perfect job of diagnosing and fixing the issues I was having with my system. I will be moving to a new house soon and I will definitely be using Dillon's for any potential needs!

Shawnee Heating and Cooling did our complete air conditioning/heat pump installation over fifteen years ago. The system is still running strong but does occasionally need some minor maintenance and repair. This is where both my spouse and I are so very thankful for doing business with these folks. “No HVAC? Their moto seems to be “No problem…well be there as soon as possible!”

For example: we recently had a problem with the furnace failing to light during some exceptionally cold weather. A call to SH&C and we hardly had time to hang up the phone when super tech Mark was at our front door. He had the system temporarily restored in less than an hour, then returned later with the parts needed to fully repair the system. Without this fast, professional help, it would have been some very cold times for us. I don’t think anyone can beat SH&C, when it comes to outstanding service.

I called to ask about an additional fee on my invoice, was told by the front desk “that’s the way be we do business and if you don’t like it go somewhere else!” I was then cussed out and hung up on. BEWARE

Facing an eventual replacement on a builders-grade system over 11 years old, the Shawnee team offered multiple options and recommendations. The emergency repair of a broken motor was refunded, and the installation was performed on time and according to quote. I plan to continue with Shawnee for all service calls - great team!

From beginning to end, the best experience I have had with a business. Brian (sales), explained things completely and in layman's terms, to my wife and I. We were completely comfortable making a decision on which new Furnace and AC to go with after discussions with him. On the day of install (emergency install at that, as our furnace had gone out), Jim and Jake arrived exactly when they said they would. They explained what their process was, and went straight to work, non stop! Brian (sales) stopped by two times to check on things and to make sure I had any additional information that would come in handy. At the end of the install Jim walked me through the new system, helped me set it up properly on our Nest, and cleaned up completely. We already notice how much warmer our house is due to the system and a few fixes to our ducts. I will never go another direction for our HVAC needs. My house is warm and I am happy thanks to the team at Shawnee Heating and Cooling.

Some specific highlights:

1) They respond to e-mails! This is huge for me, since I hate calling people, playing phone tag, and wondering if incoming calls are legit or robots. They call too, of course, for anyone who prefers calls. They even called me back after one appointment to follow up, which made me feel like they cared about the outcome and earning my business.

2) They got us on their schedule quickly. Thankfully we weren't in a heating/cooling emergency situation, but I was grateful they were able to get us on the schedule so promptly.

3) "My new furnace is pretty", said no one, ever. Except maybe me, because despite it being a big beige metal box sitting in a closet in my basement, it's actually ... kind of pretty? Everything is very neat and tidy and seems to be well taped/sealed.

4) They did a GREAT job helping us choose a new furnace. We felt like we really understood our options and what all the different numbers/measurements meant, and we didn't feel pressured to choose the most expensive system.

5) And last, we surprised them day-of-install with new information about the wacky wiring job that had previously been done to our thermostat. They rolled with it and were able to get the old wiring cleaned up and fixed properly same day even though they hadn't been planning on doing that additional work.

So in short, thanks guys! It is so nice to have a properly-working furnace again!
