I had a issue my A/C they installed so I called for a warranty call. I explained to them what my issue was and what I needed fixed to correct the issue. The tech came out why I was at work and wasn't sure what I needed done after explaining everything to there dispatcher when I called in with my issue. So someone dropped the ball and not all of the information didn't get passed onto the tech. So he did what he thought I wanted done and left. When I got home I knew something got screwed up on what needed done to repair my issue. I was just going to make the minor repair myself it wasn't worth the trouble to ask them to come back. But I did write the owner a email informing him of my experience and service I received from his company. He replied quickly and apologized and promised he would make it right. He did go above and beyond to make me a happy customer at the end. I sent him pics on what the tech done when he came the first time to fix the issue. He agreed 100 percent that wasn't the repair i asked when I called.. He then made sure the tech was well aware of problem i was having and what he needed to do to correct it. When he was done I got a professional quality repair that I was looking for. I thanked the tech and emailed the owner back again letting him know how I appreciated him standing behind his work his company does. I understand miscommunication happens and sometimes it leads to mistakes. So thats why I reached out to the owner so he was aware of the issues he had going on just incase this was just not a onetime thing. This kinda thing kills small companies. Like I said before they fixed there mistake and made me a happy customer what more could you ask for from a company.

We have used Dillons Heating and Cooling for several years now for our annual maintenance (twice a year) They also installed a flue lining in our chimney for our hot water heater as that was pretty broken down and causing gas smell to enter the home. We are pleased with the effort to figure out the problem and provide the solution. They are on time, courteous, professional and efficient as well as trustworthy to work in my home.

Jeff himself came out to make sure my unique situation with a busted dryer dryer vent would be handled properly. He went above and beyond in both addressing the problem and describing how to handle it in the future. I was worried it would balloon into a large project but a quick and easy solution was found. Highly recommend!

Jeff has been my heating and cooling guy for five or six years, when I first used him he did cleaning on my outdoor units that I'd never seen before. I've had trane equipment for 35 years, Jeff removed all the louvered panels on the unit and, washed the coils from the inside out, I ask why he did it that way. He said that's the way Trane says you're supposed to do it. Over 30 years, and they had never been cleaned properly. I was impressed. He is very good at what he does. highly recommended.

Dillion’s customer service is top notch. It was nice to feel like someone had our back when our furnace went out while it was 100+ degrees. They were so helpful in explaining all our options, quick to get it resolved ASAP. Will keep using their services, highly recommend them!

I called for service on a Wednesday afternoon, and Jon arrived the next day. He was thorough, patient, and presented me with a few different solutions. I felt that he put my HVAC needs above profit, and greatly appreciated the absence of an unnecessary upsell. Ethics go a long way with me, so I intend to call Dillon's exclusively for future heating and cooling needs.

I moved to the Northland earlier in the year and needed a business to run a yearly check on the furnace and air conditioner. I searched the internet and saw great comments about this company. I really appreciated the time they took to check over the furnace. They were professional, the price was very good, and I felt really comfortable with the gentleman that came out. I'm very happy to be working with Dillons Heating & Cooling.

**UPDATE** 5 stars now! The owner Jeff called after my appointment to see how things went. I explained and they had another technician out today who added a new filter to the line at no charged and replaced the water fittings and saudered the other pinhole that the other line had. I'm extremely satisfied with the follow up and resolution! I'll be sure to use them in the future!

Replaced humidifier in home. Service was fast once arrived. There was a delay of about 40 minutes past the outside window but wasn't called. Had to call to see what was happening. Sal the tech said that there was some supply issues when he arrived. Water line sprayed when removing the old line. Didn't clean up water on top of the water heater. New humidifier was smaller than old. Was able to use existing duct work but didn't cover drill holes in the existing duct work like he said he would. Price was good. Was very educated and offered a solution but didn't have the part to do the work. I know HVAC companies are busy with this insane cold so to be able to get in the day after I called was great!

Initial visit/service was not to my expectations. After talking with the owner, Jeff, he wanted to be sure everything was satisfactory. He and the technician came out - we all got on the same page- work was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Dillons again! Thx!

Jeff and his crew, are incredible! I have tons of rental income properties and it isn’t easy. But with HVAC, cooling or heating, they have me covered. My tenants love them! This company makes me a better landlord and my tenants happy tenants which makes this a great win-win. Late at night, early mornings, no excuses Jeff and the team are there on time and job well done!

I needed to replace my entire AC system.

The owner, Jeff, came out personally to do the estimate and quoted me a great price. He and his team were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I needed an Inducer Motor replaced at my home and when we got to the furnace, we noticed a puddle on the floor. The humidifier was running constantly. He got the Inducer Motor replaced and when testing it, he pointed out that our thermostat was not set at the optimum setting for our heat pump to operate at its highest efficiency. We have lived here 6 yrs and had a couple different service companies but no one else got to that detail. He scheduled to come out the next morning to fix the humidifier and when I got to my office, we also had a leak from the humidifier and after his repair at my home, he came to take care of the office. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, very friendly and communicates clearly, not to mention that his prices are better than most. We plan on building a house next year and I will have him install the heating & cooling systems there too.

Jeff and Rigo were very professional and great at explaining what I didn't understand or had questions about. They came out to give me an estimate last week and had one of the best prices in town, not to mention scheduled me in very quickly to replace my old air conditioner. I would highly recommend Dillons Heating and Cooling!

We recently got a new water heater installed, had a little work done on our furnace, and had a thermostat installed. Couldn't be more pleased with how everything is working and how smooth the process was.

Our house is very old and in need of some TLC, therefore it's a little rough around the edges. The guys were always kind & considerate and didn't make us feel bad for having a home that's a work in progress. Appreciated that!

Jeff and Rogo are professional, friendly,honest. They did great job!
Two other companies gave me the quotes of replacing the whole parts of the motor, over $400 + $95 (labor charge), but Rogo replaced only small part and charged me $145 honestly. the A/C came back perfectly, and Rogo cleaned the area completely.
I will definitely introduce the Dillon to my family and friends !

We called Jeff today after waking up and finding out our heater was not working properly. Our house temperature was 51F. He was able to find us a spot in his busy schedule and now we are looking to replace our heat exchanger on Christmas Eve. Just can't thank Dillons Heating and Cooling enough for their great service and prompt response. Totally recommended if you are looking for a good place to handle your HVAC needs.
