This company is the best! I've relied on them since they installed our original system 20 years ago and they have never let me down. Whether it was replacing an aging unit or just refilling coolant I never worry that they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They care about their customers even when demand is high. I just wish more home service companies were so trustworthy!

Shawnee installed these units years ago. Never any issues. Needed a quick tune up today. Called at 9:30 am. Someone at my door by 11:30 am. Mission accomplished by noon. Tech explained areas he addressed and why. Professional in all manner. Price very reasonable. Thanks SHWN Heating!

I have used SHC for decades. They are prompt and professional. They put in a new system for me and it has not had any issues.

I highly recommend these guys. I had Troy come out last fall to do routine furnace cleaning & maintenance. He was on time, thorough, and professional. I signed up for the one-year plan to cover the furnace and the a/c and this month Dave came out to do maintenance on my a/c unit. He also changed my furnace filter and found an issue with my UV unit. So now my a/c is clean and fully operational and my UV unit on the furnace replaced. These guys are great, always on time and a pleasure to work with. I'll be signing up for another 1-year plan again this fall. I can't say enough good things about the way these guys run their business and do their jobs. 5-stars across the board.

I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, integrity and care. The technician went out of his way to provide me tips on how to ensure efficiency with my thermostat, humidifier, tested and shared our CO2 levels and even reminded me to make sure we have CO2 monitors in all of our bedrooms.

Quick, efficient, no pushy sales tactics. Glad we found a business we can trust for HVAC. Definitely recommend them!

We use Shawnee Heating and Cooling every fall and spring to do our recommended clean and check on our furnace and air conditioner. David came out today and even surpassed our expectations and gave us a couple of great recommendations. We have used this company for 30 years almost exclusively! The owner is an honest business owner and makes sure his customers get treated right.

Shawnee H+C came to check out my AC as we're getting into a warm summer. My system is cheaper and older, and I know it. Mark not only refilled my refrigerant, but he taught me how to check out the system for basic maintenance myself and pointed out some things in my duct work so I can get the most out of the system I have. I'm grateful and will be calling them for my house in the future.
