Top Notch Heating & Cooling - the name is apropos! Eddie Garcia provided EXCEPTIONAL service! He was prompt and thorough. Eddie walked me through the steps of replacing my entire unit with professionalism and knowledge. He told me what to expect and provided extremely helpful information. This is the first time I have made a purchase of this size and in a realm I am unfamiliar with! I cannot recommend Top Notch and the guest service more! Eddie is not only an asset to Top Notch - he is now a family favorite! I wish I could give more than five stars!

Service Technician Will Watenburg came to our house to service our air heater for preperation for fall time. He did a great job and was very kind to our children who asked him a lot of questions while he worked. I recommend Will and Top Notch. They are great!

Daring has been to my house several to either install new equipment or make repairs..he is always on time and pleasant to have around...he is very professional and keeps you informed on he is doing..Top Notch is a excellent company wouldn't use anyone else.

We had a 30 year old furnace and a 12 year old AC system that finally needed to be replaced. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased by the entire process. Kevin came to our house to inspect the current system, size what our needs were and very clearly explained the options. We made our decision later that day and their crew was on site the very next day. Trent, Justin and Josh were extremely professional. They took the time to understand what I wanted and they immediately when to work. They started at 8am and were done by 3:30pm. They very carefully and thoroughly walked me through the controls and the operations of the new system.
It has now been about three days with the new system and we love it. The variable speed blower is extremely quiet. The house feels so much more tempered than before. The price was not insignificant, but it is the cost of home ownership. We have a significantly better system than before with the peace of mind that we will have an efficient and reliable system for 12-15 years or more. I would strongly recommend Top Notch and their Daiken system.

Anthony Freeman was efficient and professional in the installation of my new hot water heater and plumbing replacement. He gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right decision to upgrade the systems and plumbing requirements in my house. His clean up once the job was finished was amazing. Anthony Freeman came out and, within five minutes, figured out the issue with our leaking shower — something two other people had looked at and couldn’t diagnose. He was wonderful to work with, taking the time to explain everything clearly. After he left, we talked about how refreshing it was to find a plumber who was kind, honest, and understanding of our concerns, without making us feel like we were being scammed or charged for unnecessary repairs.

He explained what he found in detail and gave me options to choose from on how to proceed with repairs. Had 3 slow drains cleared and a recommendation for a new sump pump and backup battery supply. Will was knowledgeable, detailed, personable and explained what he was doing and why on a replacement part. I’ve done business with Top Notch for 25 years and bought my HVAC system and water heater from them and participated in their VIP maintenance program every year. I would not use anyone else!

I have had a top-notch service agreement for many years. My furnace wasn't working properly, and I called them out on January 31st they came out in the afternoon, which is pretty quick and they looked at the furnace and he got it running, said there was water leaking into it from an evaporation coil. The very next day they came out and said that it was a $3000 job to fix it. While I'm not going to spend $3000 on a 20-year-old furnace, the salesman came out and gave me some prices, which I thought were kind of high, so I told them we'd be looking at another company. I found a company that could fix my furnace for $1100.So where were they getting this $3000 price?I have no idea.Don't know, don't care.I canceled my service contract.Had a new lenox furnace and air conditioner put in my home for thousands of dollars less than what they were going to charge me.

I've utilized Top Notch for several years and have had a pleasant experience. We had our compressor replaced last year and everything's working great.

I was very impressed with the service technician (Lee) who came to our house. He was very thorough doing the yearly maintenance check on our reverse osmosis system and water softener. His insight and recommendations were exactly what you would want from a person working on your water system. I am grateful he was our technician!

Had Anthony Freeman out two times to deal with multiple leaks in my laundry, bath & commode drains. These fairly significant jobs were done with great skills & estimated accurately. John H. helped us with an emergency repair on Friday evening as the heating system failed in extreme temperatures. He called us back quickly, answered all questions, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. Thankfully Top Notch had the exact spare part we needed in their warehouse to fix the heater they had installed 26 years earlier (thank you!)! John was able to completely take care of the work that night restoring heat as the winter storm arrived. We will continue to use Top Notch and refer to others. Thanks again John! You’re the best!
