Plumbing surprises are stressful on many levels and Ken’s team took great care of me. I had a sudden puddle under my kitchen sink, and a leak in the basement underneath. Ken’s team came promptly and eased my stress immediately. They carefully examined the issues and talked me through the problem they identified.
