Kamal has serviced my furnace & A/C for the past 5 years and has done an excellent job and has gone the extra mile to make sure my system is running efficiently. Kamal is EXTREMELY knowledgeable! Old furnace? He’s got it. New furnace? He’s your guy! Boiler?? He fixed mine! He’s done work for my mom, and saved her a ton of money on her furnace compared to the crazy quotes she’d been getting. When my AC went out, he was the only one who said he could fix it without replacing every single thing. He got our air running for under $2k when the next cheapest quotes were for $8k and $14k!! This winter our boiler went out. It’s gotten harder and harder to find someone willing and knowledgeable enough to work on boilers in KC. Kamal came, replaced what needed to be replaced, and had it running in under an hour. Full disclosure; it stopped working a couple hours later but it was my fault because I’d inadvertently tripped a safety switch. Kamal texted me to ask how it was working and I told him what happened. He drove all the way across town on a Friday night because he knew a cold snap was headed in that night. I CANNOT RECOMMEND NextGenHeating and Cooling enough!

I had Kamal come out and check out our furnace. It was producing heat but just didn't seem like it was keeping up well enough. He did an amazing job! He was super thorough, explained my system and the situation and what was going on in a way that I could understand, and helps me decide on the best decision. Very well-priced. Very well! Had to have an old water heater replaced. Jeff came as promised and provided an estimate and a few days later came back to do the work. He and his people were here for about 3 hours and got the work done in the time frame they indicated and at the estimated cost. Great work and very reasonable cost.

I had a drain pipe come loose to my disposal. Called an Jeff came by a couple hours later to repair. Quick and efficient....this is why we call for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Came out for an estimate! Have not received the paperwork yet. But it hasn't even been an hour yet, he was very nice and seems like he had the best answers. ... The work is now complete and Jeff was amazing! Gas line has been relocated! He even came back and fixed the tiny leak in the stove gas line... 100% recommended and will use again

We had a toilet and faucet replaced. Ryan arrived on time, was very professional and explained things in detail so we understood exactly what he was doing and why.

We needed to add a battery backup for the sump pump. In talking to a neighbor, she recommended the A-Team.

The A-Team, specifically Jeff, was responsive to our questions and offered a bid on a couple of sump pump battery backup options. On the day of installation, Jeff communicated when he was in the way and did a great job installing the system and explaining how the system worked.

We would recommend the A- Team and will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Jeff with A-team provided outstanding, quality service. Had a faucet break, and once we decided to call A-Team, they were able to get to us for the faucet and much more the next day. Will definitely use them again! Pricing seemed fair too!

A-Team 1) Came less than 24 hours after I called, 2) showed up an hour early (they asked if that was OK before they showed up), and 3) identified four sources of a leak in our bathroom that produced a leak stain in our basement ceiling. Steven did not need to cut into our ceiling to ID the leak source, so that saved us a ton of time and money. Steven provided us a range of options, but most importantly, didn't push us to one direction versus another - not at all pushy. Ultimately, we were very pleased with the quality and speed of their work, and the price point came in below what we were expecting to pay. 10/10 - will work with A-Team again.

I have used A-Team multiple times, for a new water heater and to troubleshoot our AC not working. Ryan was prompt, showed up same day, prices are reasonable and just an all around great experience. Glad to have these guys locally that you can trust and have confidence that your HVAC or plumbing needs will be taken care of.

When our hot water had to be replaced, I ran across A-Team’s website looking for local plumbers. I called and Ryan promptly answered. He was very pleasant, gave me a quote in minutes and promised service the same day.

Jeff arrived with a new hot water heater a few hours later. I liked him immediately. Stephen came to assist shortly after and was quite friendly and professional as well.
