The tech was very nice, and we are very happy he got things worked out. However, he did have to come to our house 5 separate days which was a struggle with our schedules at work to accommodate. We did realize that had he found the direct cause of the issue on the first day during the assessment, the process would have likely been cut in half if not less. He was nice enough to work with the home warranty company, which we realize was probably frustrating, as it has been for us.

Kamal has been working and doing work for my properties for a few years and we are very fortunate to have him come and fix our hvac when we have problems. He is very reliable and comes as soon as we call him and takes care of everything. I highly recommend his company for all of your hvac needs!

We used Nextgen for many years. Kamal is the very best and I highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend Kamal and Robert for any HVAC services. After getting several quotes from other companies, we chose Kamal because he was highly recommended by a friend, was the most knowledgeable of all the companies that came out, and had the best price. They did a full HVAC replacement (gas furnace and AC unit). They installed extra venting for our furnace room and made sure we had a better size return vent that had a space for our filters.
They went the extra mile to ensure we had the bypass humidifier, a new wire whip and disconnect, lots of extra filters, and they replaced our breaker with the correct amp breaker.
They were very respectful, explained everything to us throughout the process, and cleaned up all the trash and supplies when they were done.
Exchanging a full HVAC is a big deal and it’s important to find the right company to work with. We were very thankful to find them and will have them do our annual maintenance going forward.

We had got a brand new furnace installed late last year. Something just didn't feel right then we turned our air conditioner on a week ago and the whole condenser froze up so we called a different company Nextgen and the man came out and found out the other company did not install my furnace right at all. He came back the very next day and had to rewire the whole furnace and correctly hook up the AC now we are up and running with no problems. We recommend if you have any heating and cooling problems to call Next gen they get the job right the first time!

I got to know this person through a friend’s introduction. They were incredibly kind and did such an excellent job that I’ll definitely work with them again in the future. I didn’t even know what was wrong, but they removed the cement blocking the area, restored it neatly to its original state, and explained what the issue was. Their work was fast and perfectly executed.
