Garza Heating & A/C deserves a 5 star rating. They were on time and didn’t charge as much as two other quotes I received. Brent is a straight shooter he didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. Highly recommended this company.

No complaints! Easy to schedule, communication is great and their text reminder is helpful. Brent was at our door in the time frame we were given. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and quick but thorough!

Brent has serviced and done periodic maintenance on our HVAC for about nine years. His work and professionalism are outstanding.

Even more important, he is honest to a fault and will not try to sell things that aren’t absolutely necessary. Our HVAC is getting old and has had some problems. I know that many other service companies would have tried to sell a new AC and furnace. Brent on the other hand has managed to keep everything running for minimum expense.

The homes in our subdivision are around 20 years old and I believe that most if not all of our neighbors have had their HVAC replaced by large HVAV companies in the last few years. Thanks to Brent ours is still working flawlessly.

I rarely write reviews, so pay attention: We’ve had our system serviced by Gatza HVAC for over a decade. Brent installed our units and has maintained them ever since. He is the most courteous, professional and conscientious person I’ve ever worked with. He is trustworthy honest, and dependable. We have a no-headache annual plan for our main home and rental unit, which is really cost-effective, since it covers labor and consumables, such as filter replacement, etc. In more that a decade and a half, we have never had a missed appointment , upsell or botched job. We have no hesitation in giving our full-throated 200% endorsement!!!

We have used Gatza for at least 10 years and are so pleased with the service. Brent is the sole proprietor so he is the one that comes to your house. He is always conscientious about his work and doesn’t hard sell you on unnecessary services. We have the annual maintenance plan which covers our furnace and A/C. We never have to worry. They call to schedule a service check in the spring and fall every year like clockwork. We have not had any issues with our HVAC or with Gatza’s service. Love this company! Highly recommended.
