The technician that serviced our air conditioner was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. He explained step by step as he inspected all components of our a/c. I would recommend Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling. Thanks for taking good care of us.

My first service call, the problem was diagnosed incorrectly! The second time your company came out, instead of trying to fix the problem you blamed it on the previous person who was here. A week later still without a working AC. I call AGAIN to get an update on said work request and was blatantly told "oh well we don't have an ETA for a part that's needed, we'll just let you know" unacceptable! Don't waste your time here if you want a working AC unit.

We worked with Bryan, who gave us an honest assessment of our situation so we could could work with our current system and plan for a future update. The honesty was so appreciated, thank you! Knowing the truth of our current AC and not be swept away by the panic that other places will instill in customers to push an upgrade they might not be ready for or even need--it's a relief.

Hopefully they fired the technicians that installed my system a few years back. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust them to install awindow unit. It is a heat pump with electrical backup and they installed a Single Stage Thermostat.

I just discovered that the TVX sensing bulb was left in the shipping location, which was vertical due to my cabinet being RH discharge. There's even pictures in the Install instructions, so a lack of reading comprehension doesn't explain it.

They cut away too much insulation away from the drain pan connection and just left it gaping, sucking in hot air after the evaporator coil.

Finally, when they realized that the flange around the supply air plenum was leaking like a sieve, they grabbed handfuls of the blown-in insulation and packed it in to try to block the gap. It didn't work.

Loni did an excellent job walking us through our new HVAC system, and explaining all the features. He was knowledgeable, courteous, polite and extremely professional. Loni is an excellent example of customer service. Look forward to many years of outstanding service from Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling for the installation of a new HVAC unit, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

What impressed me most was how competitive their bid was compared to others I received. Not only did they come in under other estimates, but the value they provided was unparalleled. They use top-quality units, ensuring that I would get the most efficient and durable system for my home.

The team was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel confident in my decision. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out; they went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed to perfection.

If you are in the market for heating and cooling services, I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling. Their combination of fair pricing, top-notch products, and outstanding customer service truly sets them apart from the rest.

They Installed a Lennox home, the Lennox Unit itself is not good, heat exchange cracked within 3years, and unit outside has capacitor problem. but Bryant the installing company has been really good at providing no hassle warranty replacement on the parts and the labor cost was reasonable. They are dependable and the service guys are knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

We have MB's membership plan where they do two tune-ups a year. We lost our AC on Saturday on an extremely hot day. I called their "emergency" line and we were lucky someone showed up within less than an hour and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

Competent ,knowledge but pricey. Tech was late to the appointment and had to come next day to finish the job. They charged three separate fees, service call fee, labor fee and diagnosis fee, which was little confusing. Their refrigerant rate was more than double then a competitor ( $ 210 per lbs for R-410) which substantially increased the cost of repair. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnose the issue/leak in evaporator coil, however would get second estimate from competitor to ensure being offered a fair price.

Exceptional HVAC service from Mike Bryant and his Staff ! Highly recommend. We have their yearly maintenance plan so we get our HVAC serviced twice per year. Very reasonable cost and the friendly Staff make scheduling a breeze and the HVAC Tech's are excellent. They are very courteous when they come into your home. Very pleased with their service !

The problem Mike Bryant fixed was a totally corroded/disintegrated furnace duct in our attic. They were prompt, courteous, informative, and reasonable. We appreciate their great work!
Here's the before and after photos. The roofing wood is drying out nicely, and carbon monoxide is dangerous!!

Mike Bryant has always been efficient and knowledgeable each and every time they have serviced my home. They installed mini splits 2 years ago that got rid of an issue we’ve had with the upstairs for over 20 years being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The experience was great and I would recommend their company to anyone who has the same type issue we were dealing with.

We have used Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling for the past 5 years, ever since they installed our HVAC system when our house was built. We prepaid for spring and fall maintenance and trusted that our units were being serviced properly. Unfortunately, that trust has been broken.

Despite repeatedly telling the technicians about temperature irregularities (our office and master bedroom never cooling properly in the summer or heating properly in the winter), nothing was ever done. This summer, our home stayed humid and uncomfortable, with alerts from our upstairs unit that it could not keep up. Out of frustration, we called another HVAC company.

    What they found was unacceptable:

Both units were filthy and had not been cleaned in quite some time (photos attached).

    The condenser was frozen.

Coolant had to be added to BOTH systems — 3 pounds upstairs and 2 pounds downstairs.

The bill came to $1,541.65 — an expense we never should have had if maintenance had been done properly.

I contacted Mike Bryant management in writing, requesting all records and reimbursement. I never received a reply. When I finally reached the service manager, he admitted it was “embarrassing” but dismissed the charges as being “too high” rather than acknowledging their own failure. He promised to look into it but has not followed up, despite both me and my husband speaking with him.

We have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (9/8/25 and they have not yet responded) and will be notifying our builder that this is the company representing their name. We are also posting these photos so that others know what we’ve experienced: paid maintenance not being completed, thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket costs, and zero accountability from management.

    Consumers deserve better.
