Dave and Albert installed my new Lennox furnace and air conditioner and were awesome. They were on time, professional and friendly. My first Lennox lasted 25 years and was still operating, but it was time for a more efficient model and I’m excited to have a new system! Thanks also to Carl for answering all my questions even while he was on vacation, getting my estimate and scheduling the installation.

I called the office, an appointment was made and a technician from Mike Bryant called and arrived on time. He explained every stage of the disassembly of the old furnace and air-conditioner; and the installation of the new system would be. He suggested that I get a dehumidifier, which I really appreciated. I was referred to Mike Bryant by a friend, and it has been the best experience of a major purchase to date.

Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling installed my furnaces and air conditioners when I built my home in 2015. They've done semi-annual service since then and the work has been efficient and very professionals. The service techs are great to deal with.

I have used Mike Bryant heating and air for iver 10 years! They were just out for my semi annual visit! They are very professional, friendly abd communicated about the humidifier filter needing cleaning. Everything else was good! Besides being very nice he made sure my front door was locked when he left! It’s the little things that make you stand out! Be sure to call them, they are the best!!!

This was my first time using Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling and I was very impressed! The Techs were great especially Eric W. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. It did take us several times to figure out the heat pump problem as it was not a normal issue. Each time he went above and beyond including delivering and installing parts when his schedule was already packed. He solved the problem and everything works great now! I appreciate the high level of service I received from Eric W and Mike W. Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling is a reasonable and fair company and actually does what they say they will! I highly recommend them to anyone.

The Mike Bryant Team has been very professional, informative and fair in price for service provided. They are through in checking all aspects to ensure everything is in good working order before departing and have even reached out on one occasion to ensure my system was functioning properly after a few days. I can’t remember when I’ve received customer service any better! They offer many services and will schedule the service expert appropriate for the job!

Furnace started losing power in January and my former H/AC company didn’t have the panel board in inventory to repair immediately. Was going to be 2-3 days for the fix. Called Mike Bryant and they not only had the panel board in stock, their tech came out the same day to repair. Saved money as well. Great service.

Mike Bryant's employees were on time, very professional, sensitive to our needs regarding egress from our residence during the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner, were extremely diligent while installing the product, removed the old furnace and air conditioner, and cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend using Mike Bryant if you want a professional and friendly HVAC company in your residence. Oh, and the price was great.

Great people to deal with, Loni takes care of the furnace and air conditioning, twice a year and is always on time, his politeness is commendable, answers any questions I have. Great people,would recommend ànd have to many friends.

Beware! If I could give a zero review I would. Purchased a brand new home that they put the unit in and AC goes into a lockout mode repeatedly. After 3 service calls in 90degree weather we are told it will be about a week before they can get out. Meanwhile no AC with a unit less than a year old. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. Customer Service is not a strong point for them.

We built a new home 7 years ago and Mike Bryant has the HVAC contractor. After being in the home for about 2 months, the house was not cooling well. This was mid summer. So, I went to their offices and explained the problem. After the gentlemen I visited with reviewed our specs for the home, he said, I really think you need a bigger unit. Within 3 days, the crew was at our house installing a bigger unit. Problem solved and we never received a bill from them. Can't ask for more than that. Now under their yearly maintenance plan and they come out twice a year and inspect for issues. Always on time and very professional in their work. Highly recommend this company.

Mike's team was professional, friendly and responded quickly to my request for help, even on a holiday weekend. It was 90+ degrees and I have 2 dogs and 1 cat which made getting the air conditioner fixed a critical issue. Other companies acted like vultures ready to pounce - trying to get me to sign a work order NOW. I had Mike replace the air conditioner and the furnace as they were both 15+ years old.

I have used Mike Bryant in the past and they have always been so professional and courteous. This past weekend our air conditioner went out. It was the Labor Day holiday and when I called, I got right in. They were out my house within 45 minutes and the technician was just wonderful. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it right away. I highly recommend them. The service call was beyond reasonable as well. I will use them anytime I ever have another issue and recommend them 100%, hands down!

We have a generally good AC system in our newly built home, BUT . . . our laundry room is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. There is always insufficient air flow into the laundry room because the duct into that room is too small. Mike Bryant has twice tried to fix the problem but without any success. We now must live with this uncomfortable room in our house because Mike Bryant failed to install a properly sized duct into the room.

Bryant Heating and Cooling come out to my home twice a year for regular maintenance. The office staff and technicians I have had the pleasure of working with have always been timely, transparent and professional. When we had to have our AC replaced last year, they gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I recommend them highly.

Mike Bryant heating fixed our air conditioning problem in a timely manner. It only needed the outdoor unit to be thoroughly cleaned and growth around the unit to be trimmed. The unit has worked well since. We like to take advantage of the bi-annual cleaning and check up, so this was included in our visit. Great company to receive service from.

Travis Mann came out and did my annual maintenance and was very thorough and professional. He took his time and gave me updates on my furnace. Second to none customer service. I will definitely request him moving forward!

I have been using Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling since I bought my house in North KC 11 years ago, and they do an amazing job. They installed a humidifier shortly after I bought the house, replaced my heat pump about 2 years ago. This last time they came out for my semi-annual service, they fixed an issue with low refrigerant that was causing my ac to run more than normal.
They really do a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.
