Excellent, timely service! We had Quinton out to do our yearly checkup on our furnace/HVAC system and it could not have gone better. He called 30 minutes before arriving to ensure that we would be home and answered the questions we had. He even had a suggestion for how to save money on our filters! Highly recommend him and the entire team at Davenport.

I recently had my central air, both A/C and furnace, replaced by Air-Pro. I received estimates from multiple sources. Be wary of high pressure sales tactics for equipment or add-ons that you don’t need from other companies. Air-Pro wasn’t the cheapest but very competitive. Doing my own research prior, I knew what was required to heat and cool my home. The high quality equipment for the price compared to others along with the honesty and integrity of the estimator is why I chose Air-Pro. I was sold what I wanted with no pressure to upgrade to a more expensive system or equipment I didn’t need.

The day of installation, two gentlemen arrived early and got straight to work protecting our carpet and hardwood floors prior to moving equipment through our home. I was impressed with their efficiency. It was obvious the crew was experienced and knowledgeable in their craft. What I expected to take an entire day was completed in half. Before leaving, one of the installers, Shaun, instructed me on the use and care of our new system and answered all of my questions. After they left, the only evidence that anyone had been at our home was the new equipment inside and out and a cold house on the hottest day of the year. Thank you, Air-Pro!!

Air Pro installed new heating and air conditioning units for me a few years ago. I usually do not post reviews until I see how the service is post installation. I highly recommend this company both for their professional installation and responsiveness post installation.

It’s the little things that we appreciate and feel have been delivered with Jason and their office team each time! Personable service goes a long way for me in general! Communication ahead of time, polite and courteous in person/over the phone, wears shoe covers upon entering the house (not every company practices this as a standard), and thoroughly walks you through the work opening up for clients to ask questions also! We would highly recommend this company!

Service like it should be!! Brad, Shawn, and the entire team far exceeded my expectations for my new Trane HVAC install at my home. They laid mats throughout the entire house before beginning work, wore booties, and cleaned all the surfaces where they had worked. It's nice to know there are still service providers that value the customer experience over everything else. My wife came home from work, and couldn't even tell anyone had worked in our home today. She was amazed!

Brad and Jason of AirPro are experts with TRANE, which is why I chose them. Jason did a thorough inspection. Both Jason and Brad answered all my questions about keeping my furnace in excellent shape.

We recently had Air-Pro Comfort Systems replace our HVAC system. Brad the company owner came out, looked at our old system and knew immediately what we needed. I could tell he knew what he was doing and had the experience to do the job the right way. He gave us a very competitive price for the system he recommended, which happed to be the brand I wanted. Brad gave me some upgrade options but didn’t pressure me go with them. He fit us in before the cold weather arrived, and had us up and running in no time. Brad was easy to work with and kept us updated every step of the way. They even left my furnace room cleaner than it was before they started.

Amazing customer service!

Called to get my air conditioner looked at the receptionist took my info and said they had a guy finishing up one near me and they would text when they where on the way I said awesome and thank you. Then no more than ten minutes went by and I received a text message from the office I called saying they were to busy to get to me lol so sounds like your receptionist needs replaced!

Their team had replaced my HVAC system. They worked really well. On time, courteous, cleaned up workplace niecely. The price was competitive on quality equipment, and 2 years later everything works as it should.

I have used Mike Bryant HVAC for 10 years and look forward to 10 more years. They came to our rescue when a HVAC company abandoned us in te heat of Summer 10 years ago. The former company installed incorrectly my system. Mike Bryant being an authorized Lennox dealers, came to the rescue. Changed out 5 wiring problems and resetup our Condenser unit outside. These people know their stuff. The service people are friendly and kind to us.

The Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling team helped us remotely to set our humidifier so it could be adjusted according to the outside temperature.

Additionally, a team member responded quickly and efficiently to our service call when outside temperatures were below freezing and the furnace stopped working. Upon arrival he identified the issue and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes.

Our AC went out and they sent a tech out the same day. We needed to have our coil replaced and they took care of everything. They confirmed the warranty, kept us cool while waiting for the part, installed in timely manner, and even fixed our compressor. Every interaction by phone or in person was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Have experienced great service with Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling. They did an excellent job installing a Mitsubishi split unit in my garage. The Mitsui distributor and Mike Bryant worked together to sell me a new Mitsui unit for the price of a Lennox unit for being their first installation in the KC area. I was then pleasantly surprised when the Mitsui distributor offered to install a wireless remote to allow me to operate the split unit from my iPhone. Great service and great people. I highly recommend them.

Whoever is driving the vehicle with the plates 522rtr needs to have his van taken. Passed me on 159th doing about 65mph, tailgated the car that was in front of me and then swerved into the oncoming lane to get around a car that was turning, all while having his arm out the window with a cigarette. Very classy.

We had an extremely helpful visit from our technician Julian. He is knowledgeable, thorough and patient to make sure we understood what our system needed. We were very impressed with his expertise.

Gary and George put in my new Lennox central air and furnace systems 2 days ago. I had only planned on replacing the central air, but they made me a good offer for the furnace, too, so I accepted their bid for both. I was told it would be about 4 hours for the appliances to be installed, and it was very hot outside. The team got it all done in that time and cleaned up the large amount of debris. My new central air system is silent and cools the house readily. Gary and George were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing with the installation. I can highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.

Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling is outstanding. They installed the HVAC system in my new house and the installation and components are top notch. When I called them to arrange the walk through of the house and tutorial for the system, they gave me some tips on the phone that enabled me to extend my warranty on all of the components for a full 10 years, for which I am very grateful. I have signed up for semi-annual maintenance on the HVAC system and they have been very thorough each visit. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
