Working with owner Brad Decker to replace our air conditioner and furnace, we were impressed with his honest opinions, professionalism, and fair pricing. I cannot say enough great things about this business and it’s amazing team!!! It’s never fun when it comes time to replace your furnace and AC units, but Brad and his team knocked it out of the park from the very beginning!! Hadley worked with us upon our initial call to ensure they had the Trane systems we were looking for, answered all of the questions along the way, and continued to provide thorough details and communication throughout the entire process. Brad was extremely helpful and honest when making the final decision on exactly which units would be best for the home—he never tried to upsell anything, and his transparency was much appreciated! On the day of install, Shaun and team arrived on time, were extremely professional, courtesy, and knowledgeable, and completed the job perfectly and earlier than expected! Brad also stopped by during the installation to check in and make sure everything was going well. Thank you all so much for making this process so smooth and easy!!!

My wife and I were very pleased from start to finish with the professionalism of everyone at Air-Pro. From the bid process through the instalation everyone was more concerned with our needs than their comfort. Air-Pro was very professional, arriving on time, completing the work and discarding the old system. I felt the price quoted to me from Brad was in line with the value of the unit we selected after 3 bids from other companies. We were impressed from start to finish and would recommend Air-Pro for your heating and airconditioning needs.

Service technician was really great. He provided routine AC maintenance for the summer. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely call Air-Pro Comfort Systems for all my future HVAC needs.

I was very happy with the installation of my heat pump and furnace. The furnace was in the attic, they were able to get it down without any issues. The installs look like they were done very well. They covered the carpet with cotton tarps to keep them clean. Everyone from Air-Pro was very friendly and easy to work with.

We have used Air-Pro many times and have never been disappointed. Great communication, workmanship and respectful of our time and home. Many thanks to Brad, Shaun and George for working through the poor weather to get us up running.

I interviewed and obtained 8 bids for our new HVAC system. Purchased an older home with some hurdles to get an effective HVAC system. Was happy with about 6 of the offers.

Liked idea of small
company and low pressure sales. Some of the representatives were like bad used car salesmen.

Was pleased with timing for installation, professionalism, tidiness of technicians. Office staff was great to work with.
Had a snafoo out of the shoot. Office was helpful in solving the problem.

The office staff called recently to verify paperwork was complete. It had been but appreciated that they followed up on that.

Would give a 6 if that were a choice.

I was able to get very fast service even with 100 degree feels like heat. Office staff, CeCe was super nice and accommodating. My technician, Jason, was very efficient and personable. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I would not have problems in the near future.

We recently had the upstairs HVAC unit fail. Brad from Air-Pro came over and inspected the issue; listened to our thoughts and then designed a great Trane based replacement system given the age of the failed unit. Brad was excellent to work with and a pleasure to meet.
When all of the components were in stock, Air-Pro scheduled the install the next day, and Shaun and George did a fantastic job removing the old system and then installing the new one. They were extremely careful of the property and meticulous in the install. Again, both were a credit to the company.

My experience with Air Pro was the best. Brad spent an hour or more when he came walking through options and educating me on the process. I received a New furnace and air conditioner. Shaun and the others worked diligently and respected my home during the install. Great communication and honesty. I would highly recommend.

My 12 y/o A/C would stop blowing cold air after being on for a few hours. Called and spoke with CiCi (super friendly and helpful lady!) and made an appointment. Jason was the technician that drove out to fix it. He was running ahead of schedule so he called to confirm he could come over early (yeah, early!). Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. He diagnosed the issue quickly (a capacitor) and confirmed the rest of the system was in great shape, and answered every question I had regarding service and maintenance. They had my AC pushing cold air again quickly for a price that compared to the service call fee alone from other places. Overall a very positive experience and I’d recommend to anyone seeking honest, dependable A/C repair.

Air-Pro has been awesome to work with. Very honest, Brad treats you like you are family. He treats his team the same. The install occurred on the snowiest and coldest day of the year. Shaun was very professional and treated our home with respect. We asked them to come back and make a few adjustments. Our change request, not their issue. They responded promptly and we can't be more satisfied. Everyone has been so nice and responsive. Can't say enough about this team. Would recommend them to everyone, and we will. Our HVAC went out suddenly, Shaun and Brad with Air-Pro were quick to respond, arrive, and diagnose the issue and then were quick to get a quote for us to have a new system put in place. Hadley in the office was absolutely amazing to work with as well, getting us financed quickly and scheduled the next day for complete installation. It was a wonderful experience for first-time homeowners who were a little more than lost! We would recommend them to anyone!
