Francisco has taken care of my furnace and air conditioner for years now. I always request him. He answers my questions at a level I can understand. Francisco is thorough polite and knowledgeable. 1 hour heating and air conditioning is fortunate to have a young man like Francisco.

Brenden did well. He was thorough and inspected all the components in our furnace and whole-house humidifier. It is running well, so there were no problems, but he seemed genuinely interested and careful to keep it running well. Thanks.

Sam was very professional, personable, and respectful during this service visit. He thoroughly explained the process to me, and maintenance recommendations. I would refer ONE HOUR HEATING, and Sam to anyone looking for system upgrade, installation or repair.

Called in the AM about an issue with my cooling component and had a tech (Kevin) out the same afternoon. Extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was working as it should. We are in the middle of selling our home and Kevin went above expectations to provide our new buyers with the comfort they needed to move forward. Always a great feeling having this team in our corner whenever we need them. We also have their bi-annual service and would recommend 100%.

Caden was our service person today and he did great!!! He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough and explaining the condition of our furnace, as well as offering solutions. Was very happy with the service today!!

Our heat is out. He came within a couple let of hours of calling. Unfortunately I heater is from 1997 and needed to be replaced. They worked out a payment plan that would work for our budget that also gave us a discount. Better than a credit card interest rate. Our new furnace will be here within 24 hours, including installation.

My technician was Alexis. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her profession Assessed the situation and immediately was able to find out what was causing the problem and took care of it. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her performance. Thank you very much Alexis. You’re a super star

One of our furnaces was not coming on. We received same day service within the hour. A reset to a safety switch was made with no cost to us because of our customer care membership. The technician was informative about the tests and service that he performed.

Had a great bi-annual maintenance service visit from Kevin. Very thorough, gave me a full run down of all inspections performed, including photos and explanations. He elaborated available services I am already paying for in my annual membership cost. Covered all the bases, very professional, and set up my next two visits. I also received a call in advance of his arrival with an approximate ETA. Nice job Kevin and One Hour!

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has been amazing! Conversations with the office and the gentlemen who have come to my home for service have all been so very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Servicemen include Travis, Sean, and Logan. This company and far exceeded my expectation!! I would recommend them on a scale of 1-10, at 10+++.

Logan did a wonderful job as well as the gentleman he had with him. They were prompt. Did the work very clean and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased.

Our HVAC stopped working and they sent someone within the hour. Kevin was very thorough and gave us our best options and was honest about everything. He went above and beyond even checking on us if we were okay since we didn't have any heat the next day. Thank you One Hour. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Tristen was fantastic in explaining what was wrong and was able to give me quotes that were fair and transparent for both repair and replacement. The install team did an amazing job as well! Everyone was very professional. Would highly recommend!

Alexis came today to change filters on our 2 units. She did maintenance for our last visit when we were having problems with heat. She did not waste time then nor did she today. But what I really appreciate is that she said she would return to change the filters. I used to change the filters, but it’s become too burdensome. Alexis did today exactly what she told me she would do. She also ordered the filters I will need replaced this spring. Brilliant! No one has ordered these ahead before. She is polite, respectful and made sure she was quiet since my grandson was napping. She’s like a ninja…quiet and stealthy while accomplishing tasks with great precision .

Brandee was prompt and professional. She performed my fall HVAC inspection and cleaned and replaced the humidifier pad for me. She found an issue and promptly obtained the part and replaced under my current warranty. She kept me informed and explained anything I asked about. I’ve given her 5 stars mainly because she met and exceeded what I’ve come to expect throughout the several decades I’ve depended on One Hour for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend this company and their service employees.

Problems with furnace. Scott was wonderful and explained everything fully from process and pricing. Answered every question. Travis and Noah (the installers) were extremely professional and enjoyable. They didn't hestate to explain what they were doing and answer my stupid (?) questions. I fully recommend using this company for any HVAC problems you might encounter. Great people!! 5-plus!!!

Disappointing! I agree with another review left 27 days ago "This company is made up of salesmen first and technicians last."
Firstly, I will say I am in sales so I do understand the principal to lock in clients with valued offers, no harm in that. However, the tech came over, within an hour on a very cold day when my furnace was out (5 star) and took a look at the unit.
He then tells me that I simply need maintenance and he can sign me up on a program where they come out and service I believe twice a year. Detail to the program is irrelevant as I told him I was going to be selling my home and would like to simply understand what needed repaired for today. I then got a strait face and he seemed to not know what to do next.
I had to ask multiple times what needed repaired and the only response I could get was maintenance. I asked what part and was not given a answer. He then said, I tell you what - you will be charged $99 for the service call, albeit there is an offer for new clients to have this waived, of course that was not mentioned and then an additional fee of $240 to repair the furnace. He then said and I quote "I will do a bit more work while down there to make sure you get your moneys worth". What does this even mean??? I have NO IDEA on what was actually repaired. The root cause was a dirty pilot light that simply needed cleaned off.
The invoice states "Minor incidental repair required to restore unit to full operational status." Charge $238 - in total $337. (1 star)
I don't mind paying for service but to not be clear with clients on what they are paying for is absurd. The only reco this person was pursuing as a solve was to enroll in the maintenance program. Had he started off with what the actual issue was, cost to repair that, and then offer up a maintenance option that would have been ideal - train your team how to interact with customers and selling 101.

I had a new heat pump system installed and the service I received was amazing. All the way from Kevin who helped me figure out the best system to go with to Travis who, along with help, installed it. Kevin’s knowledge and kindness during a stressful time was so appreciated. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling.
