These guys are rockstars! My furnace went down and they had a new one AND a new air conditioner installed and running, in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend! The whole team was awesome! Thanks to Kevin, Travis, Brandee and Evan.

Will did a great job with a standard service fee. He was super nice and communicative. Arrived on time and let me know the status of everything. I am appreciative of the help.

As far as One Hour as a whole the prices seemed very high compared to other services in the area. Their service plan seemed to be the way to mitigate the higher prices. I have no specific complaints, but did not choose to have the work done by them.

Noah did a great job on the six month checkup. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in his work.

Conner was able to figure out why my heater wasn’t working, offered me portable heaters for the house and was able to order and have the part installed within a few days.

Logan got my heater fixed and explained the steps taken. Highly recommend!

When we came home from vacation to find our home was 38°, they came and found our motor had gone out and cracked the casing for the fan. They didn’t have the part, and everywhere was closed due to the winter storm. They found a supplier that had our model, bought an entire heater, and scavenged the parts we needed to warm our house. By Saturday evening, we were all warmed up! So thankful they were able to think outside the box and get our unit functioning again!!

Furnance decided that since it was the coldest days of the year with snow in the forecast it should stop working. The company we used to use said they couldn't be here for at least 24 hours, but it could be up to 3 days.

I called 1 hour heating and cooling and Kevin was at our house less than an hour later. Kevin was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. He then took the time to fully inspect all parts of the system. Then he fully explained his findings and ways to prevent a future issue.

Overall the service was great, fast, and reasonably priced.

Sean Woodruff is amazing! He is so polite, professional and knowledgeable. I always know our unit is in good hands when Sean stops by. 😊

Francisco came out and was very pleasant and friendly. He was very confident in his work and knew exactly what needed to be do e to get our heat working again on a really cold day. He already scheduled us a new maintenance appointment and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Amazing Job!!!!!!!

Furnace was not working and he got it diagnosed and presented me with a couple of options with repairing or replacing my current unit. My furnace came with my home and is only about 5 years old so I’m hoping to avoid purchasing a new one as long as possible but he was able to get ny furnace in working condition for the time being. I appreciated his upfront explanation of my options moving forward so I will be using company again for my future repairs or replacement. The part I needed was pretty expensive and though I haven’t price checked I’m sure that price was probably pretty standard with industry pricing. Very professional and did everything in a timely manner.The company overall is very accommodating and quick to be there anytime I have needed them so I plan to stay with them if they continue with the way they conduct their business. I would feel comfortable recommending this company to anybody who has any heating or air conditioning needs. And I would highly recommend Tristen as he seemed to do an excellent job overall.

10/10 would recommend.
Sean got here early and was very nice and professional. He found the issue immediately and went above and beyond to get it fixed. He was realistic about the remaining life of the furnace but didn't try to high pressure sale me. Very happy with this company.

Sean did an excellent job of replacing our thermostat. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He made sure everything was running right and he answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. Said to just give him a call if we need anything else.

Javier was amazing incredibly detailed, and thorough. Made sure that he didn’t leave before the problem was corrected. I really Appreciated his thoroughness, and he was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Evan was awesome! He took the time to walk through our vision of the space and installing a mini split system. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Service tech was fine, did a good job. Company wanted to mark up a $100 part 1200%. I called another HVAC company and got the same part installed for 1/2.

In response the owner who obviously didn't read my review in full if he thinks I expected it to cost $100. I paid another company $581 to perform the same work and they did the work same day. I fully understand there is a cost of doing business and $581 to install a $100 part is reasonable mark up for cost of doing business. $1200 to perform the same service is your company simply taking advantage and I have the right to my opinion.

I called one Hour because our furnace was out on a very cold day. I was thrilled that Caden was able to come out within two hours - he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After booking the appointment, I received a text confirmation with a picture of the technician which I really appreciated so I knew who to expect at the door. Highly recommend for fast, professional service.

Tristan was awesome! He was courteous and professional! He answered all my questions competently! He is very kind. My wife and I had a great chat with him about our mutual California families too! We are excited since we just found out we are gonna be grandparents now! Love his "family man" ways! God bless him and that company!

One Hour has serviced our HVAC system for a number of years and our experience with the company has been excellent. Each of the many technicians has been professional, knowledgable, respectful, and always clearly explains everything thoroughly. We also recently had our old HVAC system replaced by One Hour and can’t say enough of how well it went. Tristen was superb and walked us through various options, asking good questions to help justify our decisions on the right components for our needs, and without any pressure. Kirby led the team on the installation. He was fantastic, kept us well informed of everything from beginning to end, and made sure to engage us on any decisions or questions. The new system works great and even has a few extra features that make it easy to use and ensures our comfort all day, every day. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!

We recently purchased a home with a One Hour Heating & Cooling installed (2022) furnace and A/C with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We are having issues with the heating. We called and had several emails with their service manager. They said they would be more than happy to come look at it, for $100. When I asked about the 10 years parts and labor warranty , they said it’s not covered. In other words, they do not honor their warranty so don’t buy one!

We've been using One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for 15+ years now and have always been impressed with their service. Their staff is always very professional, down-to-earth, and friendly. Explaining what they're doing, why they're doing it, and can walk you through any potential issues, providing their personal opinion, and a variety of options on how to move forward if a problem does exist.

In this particular instance, we had a few failing parts on one of our furnaces. Both were expensive to replace, and we were told that other components may fail in the near future as the furnace was 15+ years old. They offered the option of replacing the entire unit rather than just replacing the two parts, which was only a bit more expensive and seemed like the right move, considering the new unit would be under warranty.

In addition to that, we found that our chimney liner (which is where the exhaust runs through, then out of the house) had become disconnected and that the exhaust was just leaking into the brick chimney and not exiting the house properly. They told me that they might have to install a new liner, which was an additional cost, but that the previous one looked good in their opinion, and they thought they might be able to reattach. I thought for sure this would be an added cost, but they were able to utilize the existing one, and did not charge me for parts and labor of installing a new one. I believe a less trustworthy company might have installed a new one anyway in able to charge more and increase their margin.

I truly feel like they have our best interests in mind, as I've always found them to be trustworthy, as they are never trying to oversell or overcharge, in my opinion.

Kirby Alaimo and the rest of the crew that did the install were incredibly friendly and helpful!

I would recommend this company/service to anyone! Very happy with their continued service.

Javier was amazing! He was very professional, personal and passionate about what he was doing. He not only fixed our problem the same day, but he made our furnace run at a more efficient and effective way and the way it was designed to. He switched the heat to come out into two stages instead of just the one that it had been set at for years. Javier even took the time to explain everything he was doing during the process. I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Sam was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He truly cared about my concerns and addressed any questions I had. The day of my install he followed up with me to make sure his install guys arrived on time and wanted to make sure he had the correct names on the warranty paperwork. He also had dropped off space heaters for the days that I was without heat! Nothing but praise worthy things to say about Sam!

Logan and Kirby did a fantastic job installing my furnance and air conditioner! They were professional and left behind no messes. Logan showed me had to work my brand new fancy thermostat which I really appreciated. Logan also replaced one of my old breakers free of charge. During the install the Install Manager stop by to make sure everything was going good and on-time which again just proved to me I made the right choice by choosing One Hour Heating and Cooling!

I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs!
