Brad was responsive with a fair bid to replace our heat pump unit and air handler. The technician Mark showed up on time for the job, was professional in his interactions, took care to assure the flooring was protected and cleaned up after the service call. Would recommend Air-Pro Comfort Systems to those in need of HVAC repair/replacement.

This I do the first time I got AirPo to do my AC tuneup. I appreciated that Mark was able to diagnose the problem with my AC problem quickly. He was on time, polite, personable, and professional. I also appreciated that he did not mind putting on and taking off his shoe covers when he went in and out my house to keep my floor clean.

Great install of AC and furnace. Rob and Bo were fantastic! They were great to talk with about the new system. Rob moved the compressor 2' to the left as I was blown away with how huge it was without complaint, which I am very appreciative for. Entire Air Pro team were very patient and helpful with me which made this process much easier and the bang for the buck is impressive! A big thank you to Brad, Hadley, Bo and Rob.

The owner Brad is the individual that actually gave the estimate, so he was able to answer every question I had. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. We had a wonderful experience with Air Pro. Our aging furnace was failing during one of the coldest weeks this winter and we decided it was time to replace the furnace and air. Brad came out and gave us several options and price points for replacement. He really took time to explain everything without pressure and answered all our questions. Hadley in the office got everything scheduled and they were able to get us scheduled quickly, Rob and Bo were on time and did an amazing job with the installation. They protected the floor, cleaned up when they were finished and went over the system and answered questions before they left. We have had the system for a few days and are very happy. I would confidently recommend Air Pro for quality products, honest pricing and good service.

We had our AC go out on a day where the temp was close to 100 degrees. I found Air-Pro and called them. Much to my delight they had a great technician at my house in less than an hour. He got right to the problem, had the air on within an hour and did an excellent job. On a really hot and humid day I suspect people were paying a premium for responsive service. These guys fixed the problem, did routine service and handed me a bill that was less than $200. This company is SOLID GOLD.

My five star rating is based on a single interaction with Brad. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the excellent suggestions and solutions to my unique HVAC requirements. I I solicited three proposals. Brad's was the least expensive overall, for the exact same equipment and installation. For us, it really came down to labor warranty differences, and, most importantly, install date. The competition happened to have an open spot on a 100+ degree day.

I used Air-Pro for a quote and install of a mini split in my garage. Brad and the team were extremely kind, professional, and listened to what I wanted. Brad explained all the details and helped me make informed choices about my different options. Jason called me to say he was running early, unfortunately, I was a 1/2 an hour out. So he waited for me. When I arrived home, he started the job immediately, was very thorough and professional. I've always appreciated jason's great service. He worked on the air handling unit, told me that everything looks ok and then he went outside to work on the air conditioning unit. He did more than I even expected was very, very thorough. I've been very pleased working with air pro.

When I bought my house, I wanted to buy a second AC unit and replace the first one in order to supplement my two floor home. They worked with me to install an automatic louver system and multiple thermostats at an incredibly cheaper price. Since then they have been coming for seasonal updates for the past 8 years. Stop reading and hire them, seriously. (Edited spelling)

I was very pleased with my initial encounter with Air-Pro. Mark was early to the service call which I appreciated. He was very patient and explained things as he worked. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike other big name companies I've worked with. I will definitely call them when I next need repairs.
