I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service by the Jack Harrison company. Mark was friendly and displayed exceptional skills in addressing my furnace issues. He was very knowledgeable and approached every task with expertise. I will choose this company again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family.

I requested a service call for the next afternoon during a stint of very cold weather. They were able to accommodate me, were on time and communicated before arrival. The owner ended up doing my service call himself as his other technicians were busy on a couple calls that ended up in lengthy repair work being done. He answered all my questions and allowed me to make the best decision. Both my AC and furnace are 15 years old and I knew they’d need to be replaced soon. He wasn’t pushy, and gave me his opinion as if I were a friend or family member. This company will 100% be getting my business when these units get replaced.

Mark and Steven did an excellent job repairing a leaking mini split. Mark explained everything, made some helpful suggestions, and even went out of his way to fix another issue. It was also very reasonable pricing.

Great response time and arrival on time with pre-call letting us know when arriving. Got right down to business and Chandler addressed a couple of other questions we had regarding staring up the furnace and maintenance on an installed humidifier.

The service call was routine follow up from a furnace replacement. Technician arrived at appointed day/time, did a thorough job of cleaning and inspection. Reported no adverse findings and there was no charge for this inspection of a new system.

Fast, friendly service! Been without A/C for three days and in less than three hours from calling, I had answers and in six, I had cool air again! 🙏🏼 It's very easy to feel trapped or swindled when it comes to big, necessary appliances that you're not familiar with. Chandler was awesome. He checked the furnace and humidifier and assured me everything is working properly. He was attentive to my questions and took the time to provide detailed answers. No upselling or pressure to upgrade or purchase more. Such a refreshing change compared to some local big name companies.

Was extremely knowledgeable. Explained to me what was going on and the state of my furnace. Fixed my issues that day while giving me future things to look out for and keep my eye on. I think I have a better understanding of my furnace now too. Charged a fair price. I would recommend.

Mark, technician at—and owner of—Jack Harrison Heating & Air was excellent! We had an unusual problem with our heating that could have been any number of expensive repairs, but he was very thorough and patient with checking everything instead of just replacing the first thing he was suspicious of.
It ended up just requiring a configuration change and no parts, saving us money. He even took a look at our humidifier and AC while he was there and fixed a minor problem with our humidifier, all for no more change than his regular visit and maintenance fee (which were very reasonable).
Very pleased and have already signed up for an AC maintenance with him in the spring.
