We are so happy with our purchase of mini split ductless units with Polar Aire. Travis was very professional. He was patient and showed us different ways to address the heating and cooling issues in our very old home. He carefully listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

The technicians who came out and installed the unit were so nice and careful in their work. Our second and third floor are finally comfortably cool. Polar Aire even sent us some cookies and an awesome mug as a thank you for doing business with them.

If you are in need of heating and cooling services, I highly recommend this team. I am a teacher on a budget and they were able to work with me and find me something I could afford. They didn't try to push anything I did not need and they were prompt and skilled with their service.

Tyler the tech on call, made it before we closed for the day. In Brutal cold weather the heater wasn't keeping up with demand. He diagnosed the problem and found one of the heat strips not wired in during the build. We will have to take it up with the owners of the building.
Tyler didn't have an easy task getting to the unit through the ceiling grid and fought the situation at every turn. Not once did he complain about it. Maybe because I did for him😁. I'm going to use them for our shops maintenance from here on out and I'm going to request Tyler as our maintenance tech. Very professional and I feel he went above and beyond. Thank You Polar Aire and you have an amazing tech (Tyler) working for you.

You can trust this company and their techs. My personal favorite, Tyler has been servicing my heat pump for years. Reliable, honest and knowledgeable. Only tech I’d even allow to touch my system now. So easy to recommend this company. They know what they’re doing. Never been overcharged nor replaced anything unless needed.

I’ve used Polar Aire for maintenance for years. Top notch company. It came time to replace my furnace and AC and I received the same great service from start to finish. Scott S. was knowledgeable, responsive, gave me a fair and reasonable price, and was patient as I weighed my options. The installation technicians, Matt and Mario were fantastic as well. They arrived early (but called first to ensure that was ok) and were in and out in 6 hours. We couldn’t even tell they had been here when they left, other than having excellent new equipment! All were very professional. Great experience all the way around. Polar Aire will be my heating and AC company for years to come and I’ll recommend them whenever I get an opportunity.

Just want to give a shout out for great service. Our A/C was not working. We have guests arriving in less than 12 hours. We called Polar Aire and within 1hr, on a weekend, Tyler was able to diagnose and repair our system. These guys rock! I highly recommend them.

Great company and great people! I am a contractor and worked with Polar Aire on a recent project and it couldn’t have gone smoother! Travis was super knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a fantastic price! Jason and Garrett got everything installed beautifully and both were very accommodating about the limited access! Jason walked me through everything when they finished up and then took the time to walk the homeowner through once more and answer questions. They went above and beyond.

My daughter lives in a 100-year-old house and had her furnace go out recently. She’s on disability and unable to afford things like a new furnace. I’ve used Polar Aire myself for decades. I knew their service techs would be honest with me about what she really needed and not try to sell us things that weren’t necessary. I called after hours on a a Friday evening and the tech went to her house to check things out the next day on a Saturday. It was a mess and she did need a new furnace. In addition, the flue pipes for both the water heater and furnace had rusted completely through and were not venting properly. Carbon monoxide had been going into her basement for heaven knows how long and certainly explained some of the health issues that she’s developed the past couple of years. Because it was such a dangerous situation, both heat and hot water had to be completely shut off. Polar Aire showed real concern because the temperatures were dropping below freezing. I received a fast estimate for the needed work. It was a very reasonable amount to get both her water heater and furnace safe and back on again. All the people I worked with over the phone were so patient to send me photos of what they found and answer all my questions about what my daughter was dealing with in this old home. They got her up and going on the Friday after Thanksgiving and we could not be more pleased with how this all worked out. Thank you, Polar Aire for being a company we can trust! I’ve worked with Tyler, Travis, Jason, and Kayla and all really practice true customer service.

Just want to share what an amazing, and easy, experience I had with Polar Aire! First, a technical professional came out to look at my (very old) AC unit and explained the problem with trying to repair it. He suggested I get an evaluation for replacement. Travis came out and looked at my current equipment, then sent me OPTIONS for replacing. I scheduled the replacement and the two professional technicians (I really wish I could remember their names!) came out and replaced both my furnace and air conditioner. Just incredibly easy experience from start to finish! Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I literally couldn’t have asked for more! They know what they’re doing, there’s no pressure, and the best? They do what they promise when promised!!! I’m literally over the moon happy with their services and their professionals!! Ten out of ten recommend Polar Aire for any/all your HVAC needs!

We recently bought a 100 year old home that we are renovating -- and thus done a bunch of construction recently on the home with breakers being shut on and off. (This is foreshadowing - you know where this is going...) When we purchased the - our inspector did write up that the AC would need some maintenance and possibly freon -- so when the AC wasn't cooling the home -- we just assumed that was the issue. I got a recommendation from a friend for Polar Aire but was nervous because this unit needed to creep along a bit longer before we'd have budget for replacing it. Polar Aire sent out Tyler who was so nice. After doing some inspection -- he asked to see the breaker box. When he returned -- he said the breaker was off and that's why it wasn't cooling the home. UGH! Embarrasing. (On top of construction - I've had the electrical system upgraded recently so I should have considered checking that.) Tyler was awesome about it. He also did some of the routine maintenance at a really fair price but his honesty on the breaker and advice on the longevity of the system convinced me to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan. It's hard to find trustworthy services so wanted to share my story here for others to consider.

Great experience with Mark at Jack Harrison. Initially responded so quickly to my request. Got me up and running that first visit, and then came back another day for some further repairs. I've spoken with a couple other people as far as pricing, and they also thought they were extremely fair and reasonable. Really nice guy too. I'm very happy, and would definitely encourage anyone to use them in the future.

I called in the morning and had service person on site within 2 hours. He had the parts for the AC -a fan and other items - on the truck so he was able to get it done with no waiting for parts to come in.
He shared information and concerns with me in a very professional way! The day before I had a tenant with a thermostat issue and again within 2 hours of the call, the thermostat issue was diagnosed and replaced. Different service person but the same great prompt and professional service!

We can not reccomend Jack Harrison Heating and Cooling enough! Mark was extremely knowledgeable and courteous when helping us with our broken air conditioner. The entire company was friendly and experienced. Not only did they come out with a diagnosis and estimate for a replacement the day we called, they also completed the work within a week. They also fixed line problems from a previous install by the prior company (who gave a quote for twice as much for this job) and made our heater more efficient.
