Showed up same day and did a custom wiring fix to get our 14 year old A\C running again in no time and hopefully get a few more years before have to replace. Great to have an expert on the job who was able to isolate the issue and get if fixed same day. Went ahead and signed up for their plan as very happy with the service and straight forward explanations.

Mark was fantastic! He got us scheduled quickly and helped us when we found out we needed a new heater. He gave us a great price and installed the very next day so that we would have heat quickly before it got way too cold. We highly recommend him and his company!

Mark and his team have been amazing to work with! They always respond quickly and can have someone over to my house the same day. I had a new furnace installed in December then my Air conditioner went out the following September. Mark installed both within a couple days of them quit working. Their whole team has been nothing short of amazing to work with! I don’t plan on ever using anyone else!

I can’t say enough good things about Jack Harrison. We had them replace our entire system during the summer of 2022 after buying a house and realizing the flippers we bought the house from put in a way too small, second hand HVAC system in the house.
After we finished our basement this past year, our heater wasn’t working properly and started shutting down when it was getting cold. It’s possible the construction crew did something to mess with the way our system runs.
Mark and Steven went above and beyond multiple times to get it up and working again, troubleshooting every possible scenario that would prevent us having to tear into the new drywall.
Mark and his crew have real integrity and I appreciate how respectful, kind and responsive they always are!

I can’t say enough good things about Mark from Jack Harrison Heating & Air Conditioning. He came out on a Wednesday night when it was hot, humid, and 85 degrees inside my house—and when no other companies would even answer the phone. We were desperate, especially with kids in the house, and Mark showed up like a true professional.
He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a bad capacitor, and had it fixed in no time. He was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most.
