My desire to use a local HVAC company to service my non cooling AC unit paid off. Within an hour of contacting a same day appoint was made. The technician found the problem in 15 minutes and located the parts. The parts were not locally located and did take an hour or so to arrive. The end results was in just a few hours my AC was up and running better than it had been in years. The best part was the price was $200 less than the original estimate.

I could not recommend a better company to service any of your heating or cooling needs. They took great care of me when I needed it. When my A/C was going out they kept it running the best they could for me and my family while it was very hot outside, until they could replace it. They added me into their schedule ASAP and replaced my unit in one day. The service was amazing!

Hill Heating and Cooling will continue to be my first call. They responded quickly when we had trouble with the AC. A new part was needed and they put in a rush order for it. Their service was outstanding, transparent, very professional, friendly, and informative. HHC proved to be a notch above the rest and truly put the customer first.

Joey was able to come out and repair my unit same day. In addition to fixing the unit he fixed some other issues that were present affecting the second stage and the humidifier. He was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely be calling them again.

I have used Polar Aire for years and the quality of their technicians has not faltered. Roy performed the A/C maintenance with the same attention to detail an professionalism that I had come to expect from this company. I remain a very pleased customer.

This is our 2nd year using Polar Aire and I am beyond satisfied with the service and responsiveness! We do the annual service agreement where they come once in the spring and once in the fall and is a very reasonable rate. The techs are very knowledgeable and so polite and courteous. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and the techs call when they are on their way! I highly recommend!

Jennifer provided preventative maintenance on both of our furnaces She did an excellent job and advised me of all of her observations. The seasonal PM program that they provide has been well worth it. Polar Aire sold me these fine, trouble free HVAC units and they were installed by top notch technicians.

When I called for service, they came out the same day to check the problem. My mom is 100 and her air conditioner quit working. We decided to get a new furnace and air conditioner. But they could not install it for 9 days. Then Travis and Jason called and came over the next night, after hours and installed the unit for my mom. At her age, it would have been so dangerous in the heat. I can't thank these young men enough for being so caring and giving.I recommend Polar Air very highly.

Had ac issues with this hot humid summer. Decided to user Polar Aire because I drive by their work every day and had seen the $49 service call fee. The service fee only covers 30 minutes so if they can't fix your issue in that time it's going to cost you another $100. Of course my fix took about 45 minutes but I am happy with the service and the house is back to normal instead of 90 degrees. Maybe next time I'll just pay the $99 fee and see if it plays in my favor.

Service like this is hard to come by these days! After limping my old system through one too many seasons John and his guys came to my rescue on a moment's notice, and during a heat wave. I called John desperate On Wednesday morning to come quote me for a system replacement, he met me at my house that day on my lunch break, and in less than an hour we shook hands and I went back to work. I was fully prepared to haggle, but he came in several hundred dollars cheaper than what I had in mind. The next morning his crew showed up at 7:30 and went to work (and so did I). They did their thing and locked my house up for me when they left. When I came home I was pleased to see that they did a stellar install and left no trace of being there other than my house was comfortable again. They went out of their way to replace my existing humidifier drain hose with solid pvc and tied it into the new system drain. That's just one of the many improvements they made along the way. I'm super impressed with this company and am in shock with how seamless and hassle free they made this process for me. I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need. Was very disappointed in my service I received from Polar Aire. They quoted me $2,700 to replace compressor or $3,000 to replace outside AC unit. Which obviously the push was to get a new unit. SO very glad I got another professional opinion. As ALL that was wrong with the AC unit was it needed a deep cleaning. Once the shields were all removed and coils were cleaned properly it ran like a dream again. I get that businesses like Polar Aire train their techs to replace units and make the most money possible from their consumer. I would highly recommended getting another opinion if Polar Aire pushes high costs repairs after looking over your unit for only 20 mins.

Air conditioning went out at 5:30 on a hot, humid Saturday night. Called Polar Aire and spoke with Roy. Great young man. He carefully and thoroughly walked us through possible fixes. He ended up coming out around 9:15. Had us up and running in 20 minutes. We were impressed with his advance explanation of the fees so we had a good idea of the cost. We knew it would cost more after hours. He was great. His employer should give him a raise....hint hint.

Great experience with this company. We just moved from Texas in July and our AC went out. We were lucky to pick the right company! Tyler was fantastic and helped us in a pinch. We were so impressed we have now signed up for their maintenance program and we again got Tyler and he did a great job!

I have used Polar Aire for my a/c and furnace pm since 2010. I have had a positive experience with 95% of the technicians, and I have been informed that the one that I did not care for no longer works for them. I have had especially great service from Steve. It is like have a family member working in my home. He always takes the extra time to help me understand and answer all of my questions. He goes above an beyond to solve any problems.

We work several Years with Polar Air, a great Company, trustful Technicians, fair Price, and high Quality of Work all times great Service. A Company who not only speak big Word, Polar Air stand behind his Words and give excellent Service with big Knowledge in Repair and new Installment for a fair Price.

The technician, Roy, has been to my house twice. Once for maintenance and once for repair. He's professional and pleasant and gives great advice. Have been using Polar Aire for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!
After my heating went out, I called Polar Aire due to their glowing reviews on service quality and fair pricing. Their tech came out, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty control circuit board. Pricing for replacing the board was quoted at over $1,000. The board they replaced it with can be found online for under $200, and the job was completed in under 1 hour from when the tech arrived. This means that they charged $1,000 DOLLARS for a job that included a $200 part and ONE HOUR of labor! I asked the tech for an itemized breakdown of charges, but he replied that they don't offer this and instead have flat rate pricing for different services.

If you want a fair price, save your money and shop elsewhere.

My AC quit and Polar Aire was ready to assist me the same day I called, was actually able to show up early, and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, again same-day. Pricing was transparent, the entire process was so well communicated, and Roy D. was fantastic to work with. I will definitely be using Polar Aire again!

We are extremely PLEASED with the service we received from Polar! Our AC broke down on a Saturday night (20 year old unit) and had to be totally replaced. Kevin was able to come that Sunday morning to give us a competitive bid on the project. The Polar team changed our entire system that Monday and did a quality job. We were impressed on their ability to complete such a large job on such a short notice. It was our first time going business with Polar but we will be back for all of our Heating and Cooling needs!

Tyler was out today to do annual maintenance on my heating unit. I have used Polar Aire in the past and they are always polite, efficient and tell you what actually needs to be done without selling you on what you don't need. Before today I used them for several years at my previous home. I have moved and had some questions on my new system. Tyler answered them all. I will continue to be a Polar Aire customer!
