Have been using Gatza Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and have been extremely pleased with their work and attention to detail. Brent installed a brand new air conditioner and furnace in our old home and did an excellent job in both recommending a system as well as installing it. We continue to use them twice a year in our new home with a service plan that keeps our system in top condition and running smoothly.

Brent and Gatza have done a wonderful job taking care of my HVAC. I've owned my home for 6 years and before that for probably 20 years. He kept an old unit alive for way past its prime. When it came time to install a new one, I just called them. The deal was fair and they got it done fast. Always the consumate professional and genuinely nice people.

We called Gatza years ago based on a referral by a neighbor. Since then, Gatza has been our go-to for our AC and furnace needs. They have excellent customer service and always accommodate us, even once on an early Saturday before we had to leave for a baseball game that day. Anthony PHCE recommended replacing my 9-year-old American Standard unit due a to leak and to low refrigerant. I contacted Gatza for a second opinion. Brent inspected the unit and said it’s fine and should last 15-20 years. Gatza is a smaller shop where Brent does work, unlike big places that send junior techs on commissions. I’ll use Gatza for future tune-ups and work.

Cannot recommend this small local business enough. Was referred to them by a friend and have been pleased since. Brent and Laura are the easiest people to work with. Brent is very fair and honest in his assessment of what needs to be done on units. Laura responds quickly to calls and messages and always keeps an open line of communication.

Brent kept an a/c unit alive for years until it wasn't feasible anymore and replaced the new one in a few hours.

Brent has been our routine maintenance / tune up person for our HVAC for over a decade.

Every year I would ask "Is it time to replace our system?". Every year he would say we aren't done yet. Our original system was installed in 2002.

Well, this was the year. Woke up one morning to find the outside unit had stopped and the lines were covered in ice. Brent came over as soon as he had time to diagnose and to get us a temporary solution.

He got us estimates on 4 options right away and even called us after hours to answer our questions.

Once installation day came, he got it installed and configured. Check out the photos of before and after. It is almost a work of art! The thermostat wasn't working quite right so he took extra time to get that working properly.

The next day we had a power blip and the thermostat essentially was "bricked ". I sent a text message and he was over the next morning (a Sunday I might add to get us going again.

He is getting a newer thermostat and will get that installed as soon as he can.

Brent has always been responsive and has a deep knowledge of all things HVAC and patiently answers all my stupid questions.
