I have been working with E-MAN for past 3 years. Eric has always been fair. He puts extra time and effort to educate homeowners about their HVAC systems. I have not seen such great level of service with any other vendor.

We are working with a 30 yr old hvac unit at our house and Eric is the absolute best! Husband and wife team, prompt and incredibly knowledgeable. We had to have the motor replaced today and for a very minimal service charge we were back up and running. Highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs.

10 Star service!! Our heater stopped working and my home warranty company arranged E-Man Mechanical. I received a call very soon and this gentleman, Eric, arrived right on time and replaced heater blower motor. He had to drive all the way to Independence and back to Overland Park for the right motor. Thanks to him, our newborn baby slept in a warm & cozy house. I'm so glad to meet with him and highly recommend their service. Thank you again 👍

Top of the line customer service and communication throughout the entire process. Even when the part was shipped to a different address we were still texted daily updates and were immediately scheduled when the part arrived. Great local company and I can't recommend both Eric & Dixie enough.

My family visited from out of town to paint our house, but the AC stopped working and everyone was very uncomfortable. We called Eric with E-Man on a Saturday and he was at our house within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and everyone was happy. Eric saved our weekend and made everyone’s trip from out-of-town worthwhile. Thanks E-Man, we look forward to working with you again!

Quite possibly the best in the business. Eric helped us with a fix for our A/C unit and was extremely efficient. He explained thoroughly what was needed and addressed the issue. Eric also installed a new unit for us and did an absolutely amazing job. Don’t look around for anyone else, hire E-MAN Mechanical for the job. A+ work. Also, Dixie is super communicative for scheduling and a delight to work with.

We had a compressor go out. Eric is really great at getting right to the issue! We had a couple other contractors out and they were not as straightforward and confident as Eric! Even when one thing didn't go as planned after installation, he was right on it and got it fixed in a timely manner! Cool days ahead.

Call for some assistance because he's right down the street and wanted to support local business. But wasn't greeted very warmly on the phone and sent on my way. My job must not have been profitable enough for their time.

Bill was rude over the telephone when I called to get a service quote - interrupting twice and quoting a price that was completely out of line with 4 other estimates I already received.
Don't bother.

Would highly recommend! Our AC went out at 5pm on the hottest day of the year (so far). Called Bill and he was here within about an hour. Very fair price, knowledgeable and responsive! Thanks for getting us cooled off again Bill!

Very courteous, professional and efficient service. Told me how much each repair would cost and asked if I wanted to proceed. Used shoe covers so he wouldn’t track snow/water through the house, which I greatly appreciated.

Gatza was extremely accommodating. They came out to check on AC issue on a Sunday!!! Ended up we needed a new system after 15 years. Never tried to sell as something we didn’t need. Fair, on time, and very responsive to questions. Extremely satisfied!
