Even though it was a Saturday, Antony came to our home and got everything working well for a very fair price. If you are looking for work or assessment of a problem from an honest, ethical person, Anton is "the man." He has provide repair and replacement work for several home ownders in family. Recently I asked him if he would review an estimate for work for and "out of state" property. He agreed to review, and prefaced his comments as possible, followed by "a suggestion." I followed his suggestion and it most likely saved me hundreds of dollars.

Antony was able to provide us same day service and provided us with a very detailed description of his work do determine the problem. It was educational and made it easy for us to understand the problem and the solution.

Antony has worked at the homes of two other family members. All of us have been very please with his work, his communication and his ability to respond quickly.

We woke up at 4 a.m. with a broken heater and called Pronto. Anthony responded quickly—even at that hour—with a suggestion to troubleshoot the issue. When that didn’t work, he came to our house promptly, diagnosed the problem, and found it was a simple part (which was under warranty) that needed replacing. He grabbed the part, fixed the heater, and had us warm again in no time—before the house got too cold.

I have been using Antony at Pronto Air for several years now. He is so helpful, professional and does a great job. Would definitely recommend! I used him this time to replace our furnace which he found to have multiple cracks during our recent maintenance. We were grateful to get 23 years out of it. After getting several other quotes, in the end we went with loyalty and supporting the small local business. Antony has always given us excellent personable and honest service.

Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism from Pronto Air. I inquired about condenser coil cleaning super late in the season, but Antony got back to me right away and went above and beyond with thorough testing and cleaning. Once the service was done, he explained everything clearly and showed us photos of the work which was super helpful. We've been let down by other providers in the area, but now we're signed up for a maintenance plan with Pronto and feel like we're in good hands for the future.
