This is the most recent of several reviews I’ve done. I want to commend Sofie and Preston for alerting me to a water problem they found in our basement, tracing it upstairs to the dishwasher. This was early September and because of their checkup, we discovered water issues in the hardwood flooring in the kitchen near the dishwasher. We are in the process of getting it all fixed and the hardwood replaced/refinished.
Not sure how bad it could have gotten if they hadn’t noticed it and recommended not using the dishwasher again. Water stopped dripping once we followed their advice.

We have used Davenport for HVAC replacement, repair and regular inspection and maintenance for several years. The whole team is great. Presten and Sofe serviced our systems for the Fall period. They were outstanding and delivered great communication. Highly recommend this company.

Great service overall. Just switched to Davenport Services and have been very pleased with all interactions so far. Quinton's initial visit was very informative and straight to the problem. Jasmine & Amanda are professional and friendly. They really work with you to the equipment installed as quickly as possible. Chris, the tech, did a very thorough job - and was mindful of not letting any curious animals escape while he was in and out the door! Looking forward to having them as our new HVAC service provider.

I had Davenport come out and move an HVAC line as part of a basement remodel. They were great to work with, knowledgeable, and much more affordable than other options in town. They will be my go-to service company going forward.

We had the pleasure of having Preston and Sophie to our house to do our HVAC pre maintenance service. They were incredibly knowledgeable and shared with us about my electrical disconnect on the side of the house that we should probably replace. They took care of the pre-maintenance on the unit. They explained everything that they had done for us.

They truly made us feel good about the work they did. Best of all They were incredibly polite and kind . Davenport is an excellent company!!!

Sofe from Davenport servicing serviced my HVAC for the 1st time. I have been amazed by her professionalism. She arrived timely, examined the system in detail up to my satisfaction and then explained me the goods and bads in details. My system needs some repairment where she explained the options and also made an appointment with a senior technician to reevaluate everything. I like the type of service offered by Davenport and will recommend them.
