I have found them to have be very honest and approachable, and they deliver great service for their clients. Zack from Energy Experts came to our home service an issue with our air-conditioning unit. It was determined that we would benefit from replacing the unit rather than repair it. Zack gave me a prompt estimate which we felt was a very good price and we have executed the bid form And having the unit installed promptly tomorrow. This technician seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We’ll enjoy working with Energy Experts in the future. P.S. Zack and the crew showed up replaced the unit and worked with the precision of a time tested test pilot or heart surgeon. They had the new unit in and our house was cooling in minutes. Right in the middle of the installation, a sudden storm hit and my basement flooded due to a failed sump pump. Without missing a beat, Quinton and Chris jumped into action, replaced the sump pump, and made sure everything was back up and running properly. Their quick thinking and willingness to go above and beyond truly saved the day.

We have used Davenport for several years and have always had exemplary service. Most recently our A/C started leaking water and they were able to send someone out the same day to diagnose and remedy the issue. Moreover, they combined the service with our annual A/C tuneup so that we could avoid a service call fee. Our technician Presten was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

We’ve used Davenport for as long as we’ve lived in this house, so that is more than 18 years. The technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy or sales driven, (for example, Preston) and the schedulers are easy to get a hold of and thorough. Sometimes they’ve needed to reschedule our regular maintenance appointments, which can be offputting, but it’s usually because they are taking care of households in crisis—whether it’s the heat of July or the bitter cold of January and February, so I know that they would do the same for my family.

They showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. The new unit is working perfectly. I'm done with all the big companies that just want to syphon your bank account into theirs.
