Energy Experts was great to work with. We had them replace our nearly 30 year old HVAC system in May 2025 with a new Trane system. Christian was great to work with throughout and gave us a fair, honest bid and got us in quick on the install. We had a few questions on options and called the office as well and they were honest, responsive and prompt in getting us the information we needed to make the decision. We got 3 different estimates from different companies and Energy Experts were the best price. I would have hired them even if they weren't because of their honesty during the initial diagnosis and estimate process. Thanks again Energy Experts.

The first visit Daniel made to my home, I was looking to add a 2nd HVAC unit for my upstairs. We discussed options and planned to move forward. It was refreshing that he was strait forward and didn't try to upsell me - unlike the comp bids I was collecting from other installation companies. Shortly before my install was to take place, my existing unit began to malfunction so I decided to replace that too (was built/installed in 2004). Process was easy and costs were very reasonable. While Daniel was at the house he was polite and courteous, and entertained my questions. Two units installed in two days. A week later, both units are performing flawlessly and heating/cooling my house in a way I haven't experienced since moving to KS 3 years ago. Glad I went with Energy Experts for this install. Local gentleman, family owned business, quality/timely work and honest. To me, that's a recipe for a business I want to work with.

Our technician, Christian Norton, was the technician that came out for our A/C check up last summer and he came today, 12/01 for our furnace check up. It is reassuring to know that Energy Experts keeps their best employees happy. Same employee means great company to me.
As always, he called prior to arriving to let us know what time he would be here. Also, Energy Experts sent us a photo of Christian, so again we knew who was arriving. This company and their employees are outstanding. I think their pricing is very reasonable for the install and the yearly 2X times service upkeep.

The team arrived on time and got right to work cleaning out all vents and duct work. They also installed a humidifier to the existing furnace and replaced overflow on the hot water tank.

Nick the technician was punctual, knowledgeable and very personable. He recommended I change out a small part to keep my AC running smooth and had it on hand. These guys just recently installed a new AC and furnace for me. My old setup from 1998 was not keeping up with the extreme heat and frigid cold we have here in Kansas. Not only does it keep up, it is saving me money by not running 24/7! They truly are Energy Experts! Highly recommend these honest, professional, and hard working men.
