I am very happy to write a short review and recommendation for Jeffrey Jines and his company and services. Recently, I had a problem with an air quality test at my home at Lake of the Ozarks and I asked Jeffrey to come down to see what he could do. I was trying to sell my house and to my surprise had some elevated levels of mold and allergy spores inside my home. Jeffrey's new service which incorporates the use of chlorine dioxide to infiltrate the entire home was tremendously successful, removing any trace of the problems I encountered before his procedures. It also completely removed some odors I had in my basement area. I can highly recommend Jeffrey and Diamond Duct Cleaning to mitigate odors and issues you may have with any form of air quality. Jeff did a wonderful job cleaning our duct system! This had never been done since the house was built in the 70s! We are breathing better, allergies have nearly diminished and no more "old house" smell!

I give this business zero stars for horrible customer service. I had an appointment scheduled a week out and 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, Jeff the technician called and said he had bigger clients come up and asked if I could reschedule for another time or day. We agreed on later that afternoon. He called me an hour and half before the rescheduled appointment and asked if it was raining because if it is, he cannot come. I told him nevermind I will go with another company, because this is his second time in one day wanting to cancel. He said that's fine and I am not a priority! It was clear he didn't want our business! *Edited* I should have read bad reviews before scheduling. Looks like he's known for cancelling and being rude.

Diamond Duct came out about a month ago to clean our dryer vents (which I don't think had ever been cleaned on our almost 30 yr old house). Not long after, we started seeing a lot of moisture and other evidence that maybe there was still an issue with the vent. I called Diamond Duct this morning and he came back out within a few hours to do additional work. He was very apologetic that he needed to come back out. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and everything looks to be good now. I would use Diamond Duct again.

We are gifting a car to a lady at our church, and the car was previously owned by a heavy smoker. Jeff Jines at Diamond Duct Cleaning responded right away that he could help us out. He treated the air ducts and car's ventilation system with chlorine dioxide, and it TOTALLY removed the remnants of any smoke smell from the car! I would highly recommend their services if you are looking to remove smoke or odors from your vehicle!

We moved into our new house, and the air ducts had not been cleaned since the house was built in the late 1970s.

We had a horrible odor that was emitting from our vents, and Jeff cleaned out all of the ducts. We have people in our house that are extremely allergic to dust and anything "outdoors" but with Jeff's service our house has ZERO ODORS and ZERO ALLERGY issues!

If you need any duct cleaning done, Diamond Duct Cleaning Services is the place you should call first! Highly recommended, super professional, courteous, and really quick!

Jeff did a great job cleaning the ducts in an existing house we purchased. He was able to come out quickly to give an estimate and completed the job several days later. I was home when he was doing the cleaning and he showed me some of the debris he was getting out of the ducts. I'll be reaching back out to Jeff the next time I need ducts cleaned.

The Heating and Cooling KC LLC. Is a Great company to have do you HVAC systems checks and maintenance on the units . We have four units so we looked for a person we could trust to take cake of our HVAC systems and be trustworthy in our home . Rabah is amazing we have had him be our HVAC technician for years . This company b is a most hire for your heating and cooling needs !

Rabah came the same day I called with an issue. Fixed my a/c, ductwork and added a humidifier. Did a great job! Would recommend to anyone having HVAC troubles
