We have been working with Tyler to get an electric fence set up for both of our dogs. He has been fantastic with customer service and making sure that my stubborn dog obeyed the fence. He is very reachable, professional, and knows the products in depth. He knew how to interact with my stubborn big dog who is terrified of men. Also, when I call into the main office they are always telling me if I need anything call back. WOW! So impressed. They earned all of these good reviews.

Perfect! We almost didn't buy our home because we were not allowed to have a fence. We were told by our real estate agent about Invisible Fence and we were very sceptical. We did research and decided to trust it. We are so glad we did. It works perfectly. Our dogs rarely test the perimeter. We don't even worry about letting them out from time to time without their collars, because they know the boundary exists. They know their yard. We can highly recommend Invisible Fence.

That all being said, we feel especially happy that we worked with the great folks in Leawood. They are always so helpful. After almost 5 years, one of our dogs came in with the device dangling from the collar. It was broken. I called to get the bad news, how much is this going to cost? The answer shocked me (pun intended)... it was ZERO! They have a lifetime replacement warranty. I took it in and they swapped it out and even stuck a new battery in for me. These folks know customer service.

Once again, we can recommend Heart of America Invisible Fence without hesitation or reservation. You can trust Invisible Fence.

These guys came out when they said they would come out. We stepped off the running line for the fence wire. They installed the fence the very next day, as promised. We then sat down with their tech and reviewed how the system operates in real time. We then selected collars for each of our two dogs from what seemed like hundreds of choices. The technician helped us train each dog according to their personality. Several weeks after the system was installed, the control box and the weed eater had a disagreement. The guys came out that day and straightened things right out. The Heart of America guys have been top-notch every step of the way and the fence works flawlessly. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind you get knowing your dogs aren't roving the countryside and the service from Heart of America Invisible Fence couldn't be better. Invisible Fence is working well in keeping my dog safe and secure. There was a glitch in the beginning of my service which was fixed right away. They are professional and were very helpful in training my dog. Would highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to put up a visible barrier fence plus, it costs less.

We had to install an invisible fence for our little guy that kept finding his way from under our fence. After some consideration and a few phone calls we decided upon Invisible Fence and have zero regrets. Pricing was extremely fair and the owner/manager was thorough and transparent with everything. Kody and Mike installed the wires and were SO friendly and walked me through everything with patience. I appreciate the time, professionalism and honesty with which these guys work. I have had the Invisible Fence for about 15 years now. It's awesome!. Every few years, when the alarm sounds, I know the fence has a problem. Heart of America Invisible Fence is timely in sending out a quality technician that goes far beyond the normal call of duty to find the issue and do the repairs needed. It has never been an equipment failure. It's always a break in the line due to moles, utility workers digging or some other outside influence. I have happy dogs with a big yard that respect the boundary. Also, the repair work has always been very reasonably priced.

We were at a show and came across this company. We had a small dog at the time and was having a hard time keeping him in the yard. We scheduled an appointment and they were extremely friendly, we exactly decided to let them train the dog at their facility. So when he came home he was well trained and we didn’t have to worry about him wondering into the street . We could let him out anytime and let him roam either in the front or back yard and not worry, we lived in a very wooded area so this was the best thing for us. We would highly recommend the dog fence it made life a lot easier for a first time dog owner.

Our invisible fence has been a lifesaver for our family. We were trying to install a wood fence to connect to our neighbor's yard, but quickly learned our new puppy was a jumper and could easily clear 5 feet. We've had our invisible fence for 2 months with no escapes or issues. We highly recommend the doggy door and training. There are 30 settings, so the first couple of weeks took a little adjusting. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Very impressed! We have had dogs for many years and recently moved to a home that did not have a fence in the back yard. Based on several referrals we contacted Heart of America Invisible Fence and they were great!! Tyler explained everything in detail then scheduled a time to install that fit our schedule. Had the pleasure of working with Mike (who called on his way and was 5 minutes early -yes!) for the installation who walked our property with me, reviewed options and was very thorough in explaining everything.

WHOLE PROPERTY INVISIBLE FENCE by Heart of America Invisible Fence

First, a little back story... Before calling Heart of America, we referred to our dog as being a termite and a bit overly curious in the back yard. She ate through (and escaped through many times) nearly 40 cedar picket planks in our old fence. So, we invested in a new cedar fence. After it was installed, she waited for a couple of months before starting in on the new pickets.

In addition to the fence, she yanked on the natural gas line (between the grill on the house) so hard that she actually broke the valve leading into the house. This caused a gas leak inside the house, home evacuation late at night by the gas company, and a $700 repair cost from our plumber.

The dog really liked that grill. She ripped the cover off it. Once that was off, she started in on the knobs, and then tore the bottom cabinet door off. By the time all that happened, it was well overtime to find a different solution for backyard protection from the dog. Getting rid of the dog was never an option.

When we heard about an invisible fence for the property, I Googled it and up popped Heart of America Invisible Fence. So, I gave them a call.

They came to the house, and very professionally and respectfully explained the system, how installation would be done, and what we could expect from the total system.

We approved the installation almost immediately, and it didn't take long to schedule and get a crew out here to get the installation done, and do preliminary training on the system.

We did need a follow-up visit, for additional training for us and the dog in the front yard. Heart of America Invisible Fence was very kind and courteous with their approach to instruction for adults and children (under 9).

Since then, the system has worked perfectly as described and implemented. We rely on it constantly when the dog is outside. We couldn't be more satisfied with this company and the product and service they provide.

Invisible fence installed and trained our hunting dog to stay in the yard over 13 years ago. We have since had them come out when the cable company broke the wire. They are always on time and very professional. We stop by their location to buy batteries and they are always friendly and very helpful. We love the indoor containment system as well.

Living in the country is great, trying to fence 52 acres to keep your dogs safe isn't. We found out Invisible Fence offers a GPS Containment system that is essentially the Invisible Fence you know about, without the wire in the ground. They came to our house to talk to use about the system and training and how it works and set up multiple visits to acclimate our dogs to the collars and boundary. We are very happy with the system. The few times we had an issue, they made an appointment fairly quickly to get out and take care of it.

I have had the invisible fence for my residential home since June 2019 and it has been terrific! The installation was fast, the training of the doggy efficient, and the automatic and timely receipt of the batteries perfect. Plus, the availability of the staff to respond to any issues fantastic. We had our invisible fence installed by them and used them for training as well. Everything has been done with professionalism and extreme friendliness. I’ve worked with a variety of the employees and all have been wonderful.

Recently, we had an Issue with another company puncturing our line and within a day Mark and Cody were out to repair it. Within a few minutes it was fixed! Would highly recommend!

Heart of America Invisible Fence installed a fairly complicated invisible fence to keep our dogs out of the landscaping. They were able to run wires from one landscape area to another. It works great! They are always very helpful and friendly with anything we need, including flagging for landscape work and batteries automatically mailed to me for collars so they are always working. I have a couple indoor invisible fences as well that work great to keep your dog/s out of certain rooms or off from stairs. Great customer service! They want to keep your dog/s safe. I

some training from 4 years ago so we could skip a class since she was responding to the flags already.
Chase knew what was going on with her and adjusted to her situation. She is under control and I am so pleased. He was great to work with and I would recommend him and Invisible Fence to anyone.

Chase was the guy who was in charge of installing the invisible fence and then training our three dogs how to respect the boundaries.
Chase is an awesome person. He was so kind and patient with our dogs and very competent in training them. He also made sure that we knew how to practice with them. He came as often as we needed him and made sure that each of the dogs’ collars were set at a suitable level for each individual dog. Finally, he said that if we ever needed him to come back, just to let him know and he would gladly give us any further help if needed. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who asked for a referral.

If you could do more stars I would! Chase came out for my initial consultation and walked me thru all of the options after we walked around my property. He gave me the best perimeter locations for safety reasons because we live on a busy road. Explained each system thoroughly to me which ultimately lead to me choosing the Boundary Plus System.
Mike and chase came out for the install and thoroughly walked the property with me showing exactly where they would be placing our perimeter line. Let the install begin! An hour and a half later they are ready to begin training with my two dogs! Their training was very thorough and they made sure to explain everything going on and tips for doing our training in between theirs. Our two dogs were picking up on it quick thanks to Mike and Chase!
I would absolutely go with this company again on my next house. Between the initial consult, speaking with the office staff, and working with the install and training crew, this company is top notch, affordable, and professional! Thank you Heartland Invisible Fence!

I would strongly discourage getting the gps collars from this company. I’ve spent over $4000 and the system does not work. According to Invisible Fence Corporate office they as a rule of thumb do not install gps systems with metal building involved. Heart of America gladly took my money knowing that my dogs are in a metal building. I even have messages from the owner acknowledging the metal building is the cause of the problems yet they refuse to make the situation right. Even suggested I try the Halo collars.
