Sam Dowell with Shamrock did an inspection and estimate for repairs and improvements on a house in Kansas City, MO. for me. Very impressed with his professionalism and quality of work.

Excellent service. I had both Reed and Mack come out to help with a roof inspection. After I called and provided some basic information, they were able to come out within just a couple of days.

Reed and Mack walked the entire roof, took photos, and carefully inspected the areas of concern I had pointed out. To my surprise, no work was needed. Instead, I received reassurance, a detailed report (which they went out of their way to provide over the weekend), helpful advice, and valuable industry insight.

The inspector, Nick Easley was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable when it came to my roof inspection. He clearly explained his findings, provided detailed photos and answered all of my questions with no pressure. While out of town on business travel, my wife discovered a water spot in the ceiling of our 3rd car garage (separate roof line). Impressed and thankful for these guys and their approach to identifying issues, giving us information, and ultimately encouraging us to use a simple DIY solution!

Original roofers (not Shamrock) didn't seal the flashing and instead of milking us for an overpriced fix, Shamrock's inspector showed us his pictures and said: "simple fix, you got this!"

I hope our roof still has years before needing repairs, but once it does, I'm going to use Shamrock without hesitation!

I worked with Ivan Quinones and he was incredibly responsive and had two crews out to remove on old shake roof and install a new Class 4 roof within a week of signing the contract.

He came out to meet the insurance adjuster when they inspected the roof. He was able to point out the damage to the roof to the adjuster which helped in processing the claim.

The crews were incredibly hard working and got a very large roof completed faster than I expected.

The crew cleaned up the yard and drive and came out the next two days after the roof was completed to clean up nails to make sure everything was picked up.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Tony Zajick for helping me out with the siding on my house! Seriously, he was incredibly fast and efficient, getting everything done in no time. Our roof replacement, including shingles and guttering has now been completed for almost a month. We couldn't be any happier with the work of everyone involved from Shamrock Roofing, especially our project manager, Matthew Cornell. Matt was outstanding, helping us navigate the inspection process by our insurance company, managing the actual roof replacement, and even helping with the cleanup for the project. The actual crew that performed the work were courteous, efficient, and extremely respectful for our property and plants. The amount of effort they put forth to ensure extreme cleanup was amazing. But Matt was the face of Shamrock Roofing and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than what he did. He constantly kept us informed as to what was to happen, made sure it did happen, and then stayed in touch with us to the very end. We would recommend Shamrock Roofing without hesitation and are so appreciative of having Matt as our project manager.

Prairieside was the most comprehensive proposal of the multiple bids we received and left no speculation on the cost. They included line items for everything where others had general coverage and cost ranges. They broke ground 4/3/26 and we were swimming 5/2/26 even with some rainy April days. Everything went well and as designed. No unexpected costs and they provided a good tutorial on all the equipment.

These guys do great work! They removed all the old mulch, shrubs and weeds around our house and upgraded to river rock and metal edging. Project was completed quick and looks amazing! Definitely plan to use Prairieside Concepts again on future projects.

We have worked with Prarrieside now on multiple projects including all of our landscaping, irrigation, outdoor kitchen, and most recently our pool and outdoor living spaces. They brought valuable expertise and their entire team was great to work with.

I would prefer to give no stars -Called them for a consultation/visit to get a bid-they quickly responded and visited within the next couple days, but the owner never sent me a bid and it has been over 3 weeks. I called and texted and he answered once after no response via text saying he would have the bid within the next few days but never responded back. I even emailed him for follow up but he never responded. They could have the courtesy to say either they’re too busy or didn’t want to do our patio work even when what we requested to have done is in their line of work. Terrible follow up.

Hired them 2X..as first project was done so well. 1st project.. entire front landscape overhaul framed our house completely differently elevating the appearance.

Result exceeded our expectations so we hired them again to remove our aging deck and create a 2 level patio deck/combo. The finished result was a complete game changer for us!

Mark created a design matching exactly & far beyond what we hoped for. The crew was timely & professional & the end result became an outdoor sanctuary we never could have envisioned on our own! If you're looking for one of a kind design this group should be moved to the top of your list asap!

We used Maverick roofing for the recent hail storm and they’ve been amazing. We had door knockers come through, but our friends recommended we talk to Maverick before we make any decisions.
