Worked with Jorge Rosero on my roof replacement on a very short turn around as I had a scheduled sale closing in 2 weeks. Jorge came out the same evening I contacted him and had a crew there a week later. He handled the insurance claim and was able to meet my short deadline. Oh, and the roof looks great and their crews did a great job of clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Jorge and Shamrock Roofing.

Would recommend Shamrock and my Project manager, Jadan Phillips to anyone looking to get their roof done and deal with State Farm. Jadan knocked my door but decided to wait and few months later I had a leak; I called the office and he came right out! He got me a new roof, gutters and fix my interior while working with insurance and helped me save money on premiums at no extra cost with higher grade shingle! Would recommend Shamrock and him for your roofing needs!

Shamrock Roofing’s Nick Easley made it easy! Truly elated! We could not be happier with the service we received and the workmanship. Nick Easley was our Project Manager and we really couldn’t compliment him enough for going above and beyond to provide us with world-class service.

We really struggled with our insurance company throughout this process. We struggled with the insurance company calling back after we filed the hail damage claim. Then the insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof replacement. At first the insurance adjuster told us only the back was going to be covered and then later said only the front would be covered. Nick was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He came out multiple times during the project, aligned his schedule with the insurance company’s contracted inspector (whom Nick was familiar with) and even joined me on a call with the adjuster. The way I see it, Nick saved us easily $5,000 out of pocket due to his experience and diligence.

Once we got alignment with Insurance, Nick Easley even arranged his schedule so one of his visits would overlap with the visit from our gutter cover rep so they could coordinate work. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly to accommodate our tight depreciation deadline. Nick provided great communication through out the project- we knew what to expect with materials being dropped off, what we would do if the blizzard that week impacted the schedule, and he gave me a backup contact with Shamrock because he thought he would be inaccessibile for a period of time.

The entire project happened when expected and the actual roof replacement only took one day. The crew that came out was very polite , efficient, and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work and they paid extra attention to looking for rogue nails in our driveway.

During and following the roof replacement, Nick came out to oversee the project and also looked for rogue nails in the driveway (I told him it was a concern for us). During Nick’s final inspection we noticed a small piece of wood trim that was knocked off during the roof replacement. Nick had the crew supervisor return the very next day to replace it and paint it.

We honestly have nothing but positives to say about Shamrock Roofing and their Project Manager, Nick Easley. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

Michael came out to inspect our roof because there was a leak coming through an air vent. He was very professional and informative. We needed the vent area to be sealed as well as other possible leak areas which he did at no cost! This was amazing customer service and we will be calling them whenever we need roofing services!

Will Little with Shamrock Roofing went the length to see what I thought was going to be a stressful situation a seamless job from the time he came and done the inspection , Great communication and all the way to the end of the job, he explained everything exactly like it happened! Everything went great--from making the first appointment to them coming out and finishing the new roof. The manager for my project was Michael Scannell from Shamrock Roofing. Throughout the entire process Michael was there to answer my questions, work with insurance inspectors, and scheduling the installation crew. I give a shout out to the roofing crew, what a great group of guys that made the overall installation perfect. The entire company has a phenomenal attitude towards customer service. We are blessed to have them for this project, and you will be blessed as well if you ever need professional roofers.

Shamrock roofing and construction did an excellent job on installing my roof! There was not any damage to my surrounding flower beds , bushes or debris left in the yard or driveway. My representative for Shamrock roofing was Sammy Hawkins. He reached out to my insurance company and got the claim started! I’m extremely satisfied with Javier’s services! Unlike other companies that try to upsell unnecessary and expensive services, Javier was honest and practical. He provided a detailed quote that addressed exactly what was needed and efficiently installed my shed roof. Instead of pushing for more, he recommended a simple touch-up to safeguard the roof of the whole house, which I really appreciated. A recent wind storm hit Waverly, NE a couple of weeks ago. The strong winds blew our whirlybirds off our roof. I called shamrock roofing the next day and Sean G came out to check our roof. He said he will get the whirlybirds back on in a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home from work the next day and it was done.
