Great store in Overland Park. John was a great sales person. They do make you pay half on order up front but they make you pay the other half 1-2 weeks before install which we did not like. First crew did good work but went out to their truck each of 4 hours to smoke for 10-32 minutes. Brought all of that smoke smell into the house that took us two days to get rid of. Second crew Bill and Corey EXCELLENT!!
From step one to completion, Carpet Corner was amazing to work with. When we walked in just to browse, they took the time to talk us through the various brands, what they offered, and who was running sales at the time. They gave us sample to take home so we could really see which colors would work in our space. They were able to quickly come out and measure the rooms and worked with my hectic schedule to do it in a day/time that was very convenient for me. Once measured and carpet was picked out, they did have a few week waiting period for install, but that was fine as we weren't on any kind of deadline. The installers came around 830 on the day and we're done around 1pm. They carpeted our living room and 3 bedrooms. Some rooms required more carpet that the length of a roll and the seams are invisible. They moved all our bulky furniture in/out of the rooms and we didn't have to worry about trying to do that ourselves. The carpet came out amazing and we couldn't be happier.
We purchased hardwood floors through Carpet Corner and had a great experience. From the initial contact through installation, they were great. Like all installs, there were a couple of hiccups but nothing serious. It took a little longer than originally scheduled but I'd rather have someone do it right than rush a job to get done on time. Alicia was very responsive throughout the process and made me feel like I was a priority. The installation team was fantastic and kept us up to date on what was going on. We are very happy with the final product and the overall value. Overall, I would highly recommend Carpet Corner.
Kevin at Carpet Corner was absolutely delightful. Lots of energy, a delightful disposition etc... this guy is a gem and makes you want to do business with them an also recommend to others. It's hard to find good energy and great people you want to work with. This guy has it all. Additionally this location has some top brands! I was initially looking for a Carpet one (it's what I'm used to). All of them are closed near my home in Prairie Village and my "around me" app led me there. I am so thankful it did! Kevin is a great guy!
